Latar Belakang: Coronavirus disease 2019 merupakan suatu virus yang berasal dari Wuhan, Tiongkok. Faktor risiko yang dapat meningkatkan lama rawat inap salah satunya adalah umur. Peningkatan umur berbanding terbalik dengan imunitas seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan rerata lama rawat inap pasien Coronavirus Disease 2019 pada kelompok umur dewasa-pralansia-lansia di Rumah Sakit Abdul Moeloek tahun 2020. Metode : Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret-April 2022 di ruang rekam medis RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek dengan desain studi Kohort. Terdapat 117 pasien Coronavirus Disease 2019 tahun 2020 tanpa komorbid sebagai subjek penelitian. Sampel diambil dengan metode consecutive sampling, lalu dianalisis dengan uji Kruskal Wallis dan analisis lanjutan menggunakan post hoc Mann-Whitney. Hasil : Hasil analisis uji Kruskal Wallis menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan lama rawat inap pasien Coronavirus Disease 2019 pada kelompok umur dewasa-pralansia-lansia di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek tahun 2020 (p=0,001). Pada analisis post hoc antara kelompok dewasa dengan lansia menunjukan terdapat perbedaan lama rawat (0,001). Pada analisis post hoc antara kelompok pra-lansia dengan lansia menujukan terdapat perbedaan lama rawat (0,001). Pada kelompok dewasa dengan pra-lansia didapatkan hasil tidak ada perbedaan lama rawat (0,636). Kesimpulan : Terdapat perbedaan lama rawat inap pasien Coronavirus Disease 2019 pada kelompok umur dewasa-pra-lansia-lansia di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung tahun 2020. Kata Kunci : Coronavirus Disease 2019; lama rawat inap; umur Background : Coronavirus disease 2019 is a virus that originated in Wuhan, China. One of the risk factors that can increase the length of hospitalization is age. Increasing age is inversely proportional to a person's immunity. The purpose of this study was to compare the average length of stay for Coronavirus Disease 2019 patients in the adult-pre-elderly-elderly age group at Abdul Moeloek Hospital in 2020. Methods: This research was conducted in March-April 2022 in the medical record room of RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek with Cohort study design. There were 117 Corona Virus Disease 2019 patients in 2020 without comorbidities as research subjects. Samples were taken by consecutive sampling method, then analyzed by Kruskal Wallis test and further analysis using Mann-Whitney post hoc. Result : The results of the analysis of the Kruskal Wallis test showed that there were differences in the length of stay for Coronavirus Disease 2019 patients in the adult-pre-elderly-elderly age group at Dr. Hospital. H. Abdul Moeloek in 2020 (p=0.001). In the post hoc analysis on the adult group and the elderly showed that there were differences in length of stay (0.001). In the post hoc analysis on the pre-elderly group and the elderly showed that there were differences in length of stay (0.001). In the adult group with pre-elderly, there was no difference in length of stay (0.636). Conclusion : There is a difference in the length of stay for Coronavirus Disease 2019 patients in the adult-pre-elderly-elderly age group at Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung Province in 2020.
