Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh partisipasi anggaran dan komunikasi anggaran pada organisasi perangkat Daerah di Provinsi Lampung. Sampel pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling dan teknik pengambilannya menggunakan purposive. Berdasarkan kriteria yang ada, diperoleh 75 responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian yang tersebar di OPD Provinsi Lampung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anggaran dan komunikasi anggaran berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja penyusunan anggaran Pemerintah Provinsi Lampung. Kata Kunci: Partisipasi Anggaran, Komunikasi Anggaran, dan Kinerja Anggaran abstract The Effect of Budget Participation and Communication on Budget Performance in Regional Apparatus Organizations in Lampung Province By Tri Nanda Atmaja This study aims to examine how the influence of budget participants and budgetary communication on regional apparatus organizations in Lampung Province. The sample in this study was obtained using a non-probability sampling method and the sampling technique used was purposive. Based on the existing criteria, 75 respondents were obtained who became the research sample spread across the OPD of Lampung Province. The results of this study indicate that budgetary participation and budget communication have a positive effect on the performance of the Lampung Provincial Government's budget preparation.
