ABSTRAK PENGEMBANGAN LKPD MENULIS TEKS EKSPLANASI BERBASIS MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT BASED LERNING UNTUK PESERTA DIDIK SMA/MA KELAS XI Oleh MIFTAKHUL HIDAYATI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik menulis teks eksplanasi berbasis Project Based Learning, dan mendeskripsikan kelayakan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik menulis teks eksplanasi berbasis project based learning dan mengetahui efektivitas Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik menulis teks eksplanasi berbasis project based learning untuk peserta didik SMA/MA kelas XI semester ganjil. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Model pengembangan mengadaptasi prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan Borg & Gall dengan tahapan (1) potensi dan masalah; (2) pengumpulan data kebutuhan LKPD; (3) pengembangan LKPD melalui perancangan produk dan mengembangkan bentuk produk awal; (4) evaluasi produk melalui validasi oleh ahli/pakar yang relevan; (5) revisi rancangan produk hasil validasi; (6) uji coba produk pada teman sejawat dan uji coba kelas skala terbatas dan revisi hasil uji coba dilanjutkan dengan uji coba kelas skala luas; (7) melalukan revisi tahap akhir. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran angket di tiga sekolah di Metro yang meliputi SMAS TMI Roudlotul Qur’an Metro, MA Roudlotut Tholibin Metro, dan SMA Ma’arif 1 Metro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Menulis Teks Eksplanasi Berbasis Project Based Learning telah dikembangkan sesuai dengan konsep Borg & Gall, (2) sesuai konsep Borg & Gall dan dinyakatan sangat layak oleh ahli materi, ahli pembelajaran, dan praktisi dengan persentase 82%, 84%, dan 85,71%; (3) berdasarkan perbandingan pretest, posttest, dan N-Gain dari penggunaan LKPD menulis teks eksplanasi berbasis project based learning dikembangkan mendapatkan nilai sebesar (0,38), (0,38) dan (0,37) termasuk dalam kategori “sedang”, sehingga efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: LKPD, teks eksplanasi, project based learning ABSTRACT DEVELOPING STUDENTS WORKSHEETS ON WRITING EXPLANTION TEXT USING PROJECT BASED LEARNING FOR THE ELEVEN GRADE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS By MIFTAKHUL HIDAYATI This study aims to produce Student Worksheets for writing explanatory texts based on Project Based Learning, and describe the feasibility of Student Worksheets writing explanatory texts based on project based learning and determine the effectiveness of Student Worksheets writing explanatory texts based on project based learning for high school students/ MA class XI odd semester. This research is a development research. The development model adapts Borg & Gall's research and development procedures with stages (1) potential and problems; (2) collecting data on student worksheet needs; (3) student workshett development through product design and developing initial product forms; (4) product evaluation through validation by relevant experts; (5) revision of the product design validation results; (6) product trials on peers and limited-scale class trials and revision of test results followed by large-scale class trials; (7) carry out the final stage of revision. The technique of collecting data is by observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires in three schools in Metro which include SMAS TMI Roudlotul Qur'an Metro, MA Roudlotut Tholibin Metro, and SMA Ma'arif 1 Metro. The results showed that (1) Student Worksheet Writing Explanatory Text Based on Project Based Learning had been developed according to the Borg & Gall concept, (2) according to the Borg & Gall concept and was found to be very feasible by material experts, learning experts, and practitioners with a percentage of 82%, 84%, and 85.71%; (3) based on the comparison of pretest, posttest, and N-Gain from the use of student worksheet writing explanatory texts based on project based learning were developed to get values of (0.38), (0.38) and (0.37) included in the "medium" category, and it is effectively used in learning.
