Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Kandang merupakan salah satu bagian dari manajemen ternak unggas yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan. Sistem kandang tertutup (Closed House) merupakan sistem kandang yang harus sanggup mengeluarkan kelebihan panas, kelebihan uap air, gas-gas yang berbahaya seperti CO, CO2, dan NH3 yang ada di dalam kandang. Kandang sistem tertutup dibedakan atas dua sistem yaitu sistem tunnel dan sistem evaporative cooling system (ECS). Hasil akhir bobot ayam pada pemeliharaan sistem kandang tertutup (closed house) diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil panen dibandingkan pemeliharaan dengan sistem kandang terbuka (open house). Pada model sistem kandang tertutup yang dirancang ini, didapat hasil pengukuran dengan tingkat efisiensi bobot pada usia ayam 1—7 hari memiliki efisiensi bobot sebesar 20,05%, pada usia ayam 8—14 hari memiliki efisiensi bobot sebesar 18,08%, pada usia ayam 15—21 hari memiliki efisiensi bobot sebesar 14,42%, pada usia ayam 22—28 hari memiliki efisiensi bobot sebesar 26,48%, serta pada usia ayam 29—35 hari memiliki efisiensi bobot sebesar 24,34%. Keadaan suhu dan kelembaban pada kandang sistem closed house ini tidak melewati ambang kritis untuk pertumbuhan ayam yang ideal. Nilai rata-rata suhu yang diperoleh dari pengukuran mulai dari usia 0—7 hari hingga 29—35 hari sebagai berikut: 32,5 0C; 31,1 0C; 30 0C; 28,4 0C; dan 29,1 0C. Sedangkan untuk keadaan kelembaban mulai dari usia ayam 0—7 hari hingga 29—35 hari sebagai berikut: 63,5%; 65,1%; 67,5%; 70,45%; dan 70,9%. Closed cage system ( Closed House) is an enclosure system that should be able to remove excess heat , excess moisture , harmful gases such as CO , CO2 , and NH3 is in the cage. Closed system enclosure divided into two systems, namely the system and the system of evaporative tunnel cooling system ( ECS ). The final result in the maintenance of weight chicken coop closed system (closed house) is expected to increase yields compared with the maintenance of an open cage system (open house). In a closed system model designed enclosure, the measurement results obtained with the level of efficiency of the weight at the age of 0—7 days chicken has a weighting of 20.05 % efficiency , at the age of 8—14 days chicken has a weighting of 18.08 % efficiency, at the age of 15—21 days chicken has a weighting of 14.42 % efficiency , at the age of 22—28 days chickens have a weighting of 26.48 % efficiency, and at the age of 29—35 days chickens have a weight of 24.34 % efficiency. The state of temperature and humidity in the enclosure is not closed house system passes a critical threshold that is ideal for growing chickens. The average value obtained from the temperature measurements from the age of 0-7 days to 29-35 days as follows: 32.5 0C, 31.1 0C, 30 0C ; 28.4 0C, and 29.1 0C. As for the state of aged chicken humidity ranging from 0-7 days to 29-35 days as follows : 63.5 %, 65.1 %, 67.5 %, 70.45 % and 70.9 %.
