Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Nilai perusahaan merupakan variabel yang dapat mencerminkan kinerja suatu perusahaan yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan karena dapat mempengaruhi persepsi investor terhadap perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan berkelanjutan dan modal intelektual terhadap nilai perusahaan. Explanatory research adalah jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan indeks Sri Kehati dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2020 sebanyak 16 sampel perusahaan, metode pemilihan sampel ditentukan melalui purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bentuk analisis regresi dengan menggunakan software WarpPLS 7.0. Dari hasil analisis data, hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan berkelanjutan dan modal intelektual memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Modal intelektual menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat pertumbuhan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci : Sustainable Growth Rate, Intellectual Capital, Nilai Perusahaan, Indeks Sri Kehati abstract Firm value is a variable that can reflect the performance of a company which is very important to note because it can affect investors' perceptions of the company. This study aims to determine the impact of sustainable growth and intellectual capital on firm value. Explanatory research is the type of research used in this study using quantitative methods. The sample of this research is the Sri Kehati index company from 2016 to 2020 as many as 16 company samples, the sample selection method is determined through purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this study is a form of regression analysis using WarpPLS 7.0 software. From the results of the data analysis, the survey results show that sustainable growth and intellectual capital have a significant impact on firm value.
