Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) merupakan salah satu kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan oleh perusahaan. PT Great Giant Pineapple (GGP) sebagai perusahaan juga telah melaksanakan CSR yang dilakukan dalam tiga bidang kegiatan utama yaitu ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Pelaksanaan CSR dilakukan dalam bentuk kerjasama antara PT GGP dengan masyarakat sekitar. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tentang syarat dan prosedur pemberian CSR, bentuk dan tanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaannya dan kendala dalam pelaksanaan CSR. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah normatif empiris dengan tipe deskriptif. Tipe pendekatan masalah adalah yuridis empiris. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang didapatkan langsung dari lokasi penelitian dan data sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder, dan bahan hukum tersier yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa syarat dan prosedur pemberian CSR PT GGP diberikan kepada masyarakat yang kondisi ekonominya menengah kebawah. Peserta kemudian melakukan pendaftaran yang dilengkapi foto copy KTP, foto copy KK, pas foto 3x4, surat izin dari RT/RW setempat. Bentuk dan tanggung jawab PT GGP dalam pelaksanaan program CSR yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan menjahit masyarakat sekitar. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan CSR adalah sulitnya koordinasi antara pihak masyarakat dengan pihak ketiga atau pemerintah desa. Dalam pelatihan menjahit, kendalanya lebih kepada peserta itu sendiri karena latar belakang serta kesibukan masing-masing peserta yang terkadang terlambat hadir bahkan tidak datang. Kata Kunci : PT GGP, Corporate Social Responsibility Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the obligations that must be carried out by the company. PT Great Giant Pineapple (GGP) as a company has also implemented CSR in three main areas of activity, namely economic, social, and environment. The implementation of CSR is carried out in the form of cooperation between PT GGP with the surrounding community. The problems in this research are about the terms and procedures for the provision of CSR, the forms and responsibilities in its implementation, and the constraints in the implementation of CSR. The type of research used in this research is normative empirical with descriptive type. The type of approach to the problem is empirical juridical. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from the research location and secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, tertiary legal materials which are then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research and discussion show that the terms and procedures for giving PT GGP's CSR are given to people whose economic conditions are middle to lower. Participants then register with a photocopy of their ID card, a photocopy of their family card, a 3x4 photo, a permit from the local RT/RW. The form and responsibility of PT GGP in implementing the CSR program is to provide sewing training for the community. The obstacle faced in implementing CSR is the difficulty of coordination between the community and third parties or the village government. In sewing training, the problem is more with the participants themselves because of the background and busyness of each participant, who is sometimes late and doesn't even come.
