Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Uang kertas yang beredar pada kotak infaq dimasjid sering di dapati rusak, terlipat dan banyak mengandung bakteri dan virus yang dapay menyebar kemanusia. Maka setiap memegang uang kertas dengan jumlah yang banyak maka harus menyemprotkan disinfektan secara manual, dengan tersebut membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan tenaga. Karena cara tersebut dinilai kurang efektif juga maka digagas sebuah inovasi alat perapi uang kertas dan penyemprotan disinfektan secara otomatis yang diharapkan dapat membantu dalam melakukan penyemprotan disinfektan pada uang kertas. Alat ini terbagi menjadi 4 bagian yaitu rangka, mekanisme pembawa (conveyor), penyemprot dan pemanas. Rangka berukuran 40cm x 20cm x 24cm terbuat dari profil alumunium 2cm x 2cm. Mekanisme pembawa terdiri dari 2 buah roll, belt, motor DC 12V, pulley dan vanbelt. Pemanas terdiri dari 2 buah roll, cartridge heater, thermostat, sedangkan mekanisme penyemprotan terdiri dari sensor infrared, nozzel spray, pompa wiper, selang, botol air, pengendali arduino dan accu 12V. Tahapan pembuat alat ini yaitu pembuatan gambar rangka, pembuatan rangka, pemotongan komponen conveyor, pemasangan pemanas, pemasangan mekanisme penyemprotan, pembuatan pengendali penyemprotan dan uji coba. Kata kunci : uang kertas, komponen-komponen, tahapan pembuatan alat Banknotes circulating in infaq boxes in mosques are often found damaged, folded and contain lots of bacteria and viruses that can spread to humans. So every time you hold a large amount of banknotes, you have to spray disinfectant manually, which takes a long time and effort. Because this method is considered to be less effective, an innovation for paper money dressing and automatic spraying of disinfectants was initiated which is expected to assist in spraying disinfectants on banknotes. This tool is divided into 4 parts, namely the frame, the mechanism of the carrier (conveyor), the sprayer and the heater. The frame measuring 40cm x 20cm x 24cm is made of 2cm x 2cm aluminum profile. The carrying mechanism consists of 2 rolls, belt, 12V DC motor, pulley and vanbelt. The heater consists of 2 rolls, cartridge heater, thermostat, while the spraying mechanism consists of infrared sensor, spray nozzle, wiper pump, hose, water bottle, Arduino controller and 12V battery. The stages of making this tool are making wireframes, making frames, cutting conveyor components, installing heaters, installing spraying mechanisms, making spraying controllers and testing.
