Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Retribusi parkir merupakan salah satu kontribusi yang potensial bagi pendapatan asli daerah Kota Bandar Lampung, mengingat semakin meningkatnya jumlah kendaraan bermotor dan mobil seiring dengan pertambahan penduduk dan pertumbuhan sosial ekonomi. Akan tetapi pada kenyataannya realisasi retribusi parkir pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bandar Lampung tahun 2017-2020 belum tercapai secara optimal. Pada tahun 2017 -2018 target retribusi parkir ada di angka 6,6 miliar, pada tahun 2017 realisasi retribusi parkir terdapat di angka 4,9 miliar dan pada Tahun 2018 turun menjadi 4,7 miliar. Kemudian pada tahun 2019 dan 2020 target retribusi parkir sebesar 7,6 miliar dari target tersebut pada tahun 2019 yang terealisasi sebesar 4,9 miliar atau hampir sama seperti tahun 2017. Selanjutnya pada tahun 2020 realisasi retribusi parkir sendiri mengalami penurunan menjadi 1,9 miliar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bandar Lampung dalam meningkatkan penerimaan retribusi parkir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bandar Lampung telah berperan dalam meningkatkan penerimaan retribusi parkir, meskipun dalam pelaksanaannya belum berjalan dengan baik, hal ini di lihat dari kurang optimalnya realisasi pencapaian retribusi parkir, dan banyaknya kendala yang dialami seperti lahan parkir yang tidak cukup pada hari yang ramai pengunjung serta juru parkir yang di luar dari petugas Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bandar Lampung dan masifnya pungutan liar yang ada di Pasar Tengah Kota Bandar Lampung. However, in reality the realization of parking fees at the Bandar Lampung City Transportation Service in 2017-2020 has not been achieved optimally. In 2017-2018, the target for parking fees was 6.6 billion, in 2017 the realization of parking fees was at 4.9 billion and in 2018 it fell to 4.7 billion. Then in 2019 and 2020 the parking retribution target was 7.6 billion of the target in 2019 which was realized at 4.9 billion or almost the same as 2017. Furthermore, in 2020 the realization of parking retribution itself decreased to 1.9 billion. This study aims to determine the role of the Bandar Lampung City Transportation Service in increasing the acceptance of parking fees. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the Department of Transportation of the City of Bandar Lampung has played a role in increasing the acceptance of parking fees, although in its implementation it has not gone well, this can be seen from the less than optimal realization of the achievement of parking fees, and the many obstacles experienced such as insufficient parking space in the city of Bandar Lampung. a day full of visitors and parking attendants outside of the Bandar Lampung City Transportation Service officer and the massive illegal levies in the Bandar Lampung City Central Market.
