ABSTRACT PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND SUPPLY CHAIN OF AGROINDUSTRY COFFEE POWDER CAP HALOM, RUMAH KOPI, AND 49 By Ayi Indah Kurnia This study aims to analyze (1) procurement of raw materials, (2) production performance, (3) supply chain performance, and (4) supporting services. This study uses a survey method with a purposive determination of the research location. The research locations in this study are the Cap Halom Coffee Powder Agroindustry, Cap Rumah Kopi, and Cap 49. Respondents in this study are farmers, collectors, agro-industry owners, wholesalers, retailers, and consumers of ground coffee. The research data collection was carried out in January to February 2022. The data analysis used was descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. The results showed that (1) the procurement of raw materials in the ground coffee agroindustry had fulfilled some of the six criteria, namely on time, type, quality, and quantity, while the right place and price indicators did not meet the expectations of the three agroindustry. (2) the production performance of the ground coffee agroindustry is good because the performance indicators have been met, it's just that the productivity indicators in the Cap Halom Coffee Powder Agroindustry have not met the standards. (3) The supply chain performance of the Cap 49 Powdered Coffee Agroindustry meets more criteria than the Cap Halom and Cap Coffee Ground Coffee Agroindustry. (4) Supporting services for the Cap Halom, Cap Kopi, and Cap 49 Powder Coffee Agroindustry have been well utilized. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) pengadaan bahan baku, (2) kinerja produksi, (3) kinerja rantai pasok, dan (4) jasa layanan penunjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan penentuan lokasi penelitian secara sengaja (purposive). Lokasi penelitian pada penelitian ini yaitu Agroindustri Kopi Bubuk Cap Halom, Cap Rumah Kopi, dan Cap 49. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu petani, pedagang pengumpul, pemilik agroindustri, pedagang besar, pedagang pengecer, dan konsumen kopi bubuk. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan pada Bulan Januari sampai dengan Februari 2022. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengadaan bahan baku pada agroindustri kopi bubuk telah memenuhi sebagian kriteria enam tepat yaitu tepat waktu, jenis, kualitas, dan kuantitas, sedangkan indikator tepat tempat dan harga belum sesuai dengan harapan ketiga agroindustri. (2) kinerja produksi agroindustri kopi bubuk sudah baik karena indikator kinerja sudah terpenuhi, hanya saja indikator produktivitas pada Agroindustri Kopi Bubuk Cap Halom belum memenuhi standar. (3) Kinerja rantai pasok Agroindustri Kopi Bubuk Cap 49 lebih banyak memenuhi kriteria disbanding Agroindustri Kopi Bubuk Cap Halom dan Cap Rumah Kopi. (4) Jasa layanan penunjang pada Agroindustri Kopi Bubuk Cap Halom, Cap Rumah Kopi, dan Cap 49 sudah dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Kata kunci : jasa layanan penunjang, kinerja produksi, kinerja rantai pasok, kopi bubuk, pengadaan bahan baku.
