This study aims to determine the experience of patients in using puskesmas facilities and to determine the relationship between patients and medical personnel at the Lemong health center. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. Determination of informants in this study was carried out by purposive sampling technique, data collection was carried out by conducting observations, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that overall understanding, service and relationships were quite good but on the other hand, such as a lack of understanding of the contribution assistance program and service procedures that had not been conveyed properly and the lack of responsiveness of doctors and nurses who were on guard in dealing with patients. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengalaman pasien dalam menggunakan fasilitas puskesmas dan mengetahui hubungan pasien dengan tenaga medis di puskemas Lemong. Tipe penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomologi. Penentuan informan pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa secara pemahaman,pelayanan dan hubungan secara keseluruhan sudah cukup baik namun di sisi lain seperti kurangnya pemahaman tentang program bantuan iuran serta prosedur pelayanan yang belum tersampaikan dengan baik dan kurang tanggapnya dokter maupun perawat yang berjaga dalam menangani pasien. Kata kunci : Kajian Fenomologi, Pasien, Fasilitas Kesehatan.
