ABSTRAK PENGEMBANGAN e-BOOK INTERAKTIF BERBASIS PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR TINGKAT TINGGI PESERTA DIDIK SMP PADA MATERI PENCEMARAN LINGKUNGAN Oleh FISKA FATRISIA KUSUMA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-Book interaktif berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) yang valid, praktis dan efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS) peserta didik. Desain penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dilakukan dengan empat tahap yaitu Define (pendefinisian), Design (perancangan), Develop (pengembangan), dan Disseminate (penyebaran). Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik SMP N 14 Bandar Lampung kelas VIII E, kelas VII C dan kelas VII D yang berjumlah 90 peserta didik. Desain uji coba yang peneliti gunakan yakni Non-equivalent Pre-Post Control Group Design. Hasil penelitian pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa 1) e- Book interaktif berbasis PBL dinyatakan valid ditinjau dari aspek isi, konstruksi dan bahasa dengan rata-rata 94,00%; 2) e-Book interaktif interaktif berbasis PBL praktis digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan rata-rata 90,94% dengan interpretase hampir seluruh aktivitas terlaksana, respon peserta didik 91,13% dan respon guru 89,00% dengan kategori sangat tinggi; 3) e-Book interaktif berbasis PBL efektif meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik dengan nilai effect size sebesar 1,40 dengan kategori besar. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-Book interaktif berbasis PBL hasil pengembangan dinyatakan valid, praktis serta dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik. The research subject were the students of SMPN 14 Bandar Lampung class VIII E, class VII C and class VII D amounted of 90 students. The design of the trials that researchers use Non-equivalent Pre-Post Control Group Design. The result of this development showed that 1) Interactive e-Book oriented PBL model were declared valid in terms of content, construction and language with average of 94,00%; 2) Interactive e-Book oriented PBL model is paractically used to improve student’s high order thinking skills in terms of learning implementation with an average of 90,94% with interpretation of almost all activities carried out, students responses 91,13% and teacher response 89,00% with very high categories;3) Interactive e- Book oriented PBL model effectively envhance students higher order thinking skills with an effect size value of 1,40 with a large categories. Thus, it can be concluded that the results of the developmenof interactive e-Books oriented PBL model is valid, practical and can envhance higher order thinking skills student.
