This study aims to determine the types of potential coffee-based Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and the feasibility of establishing coffee-based MSMEs in the Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province in terms of market and marketing, technical and technological, management, financial, and added value aspects. The research methods used are literature studies, observations, surveys, and also interviews with experts related to the establishment of coffee-based MSMEs. The data for determining the types of SMEs were analyzed using the MPE method and determining the location of factories based on commodities using the LQ-DS method. The results showed that the types of coffee-based MSMEs that have the potential to be developed in the Pesawaran district are Marga Punduh, Padang Cermin, Teluk Pandan, Gedong Tataan and Pesawaran districts with an MPE value of 10.29 and an LQ-DS of LQ > 1 ; DS > 0. The MSMEs are feasible to establish because they meet the eligibility criteria, namely: the POT value after tax is 0.3 and the ROI after tax is 243.8%, the R/C Ratio value is greater than 1 (1.4497) and pay back period of approximately 3 months. The NPV value was 153,570,763.32 rupiah and the IRR > 95%. Keywords: Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises; feasibility; coffee. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) berbasis kopi yang potensial dan kelayakan pendirian UMKM berbasis kopi di daerah Kabupaten Pesawaran, Provinsi Lampung ditinjau dari aspek pasar dan pemasaran, teknis dan teknologi, manajemen, finansial, dan nilai tambah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, observasi, survei, dan juga wawancara dengan para pakar yang berkaitan dengan pendirian UMKM berbasis kopi. Data penentuan jenis UMKM dianalisis dengan metode MPE dan penentuan lokasi pabrik berdasarkan komoditas dengan metode LQ-DS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jenis UMKM berbasis kopi yang potensial dikembangkan di daerah kabupaten Pesawaran adalah kecamatan Marga Punduh, Padang Cermin, Teluk Pandan, Gedong Tataan dan kecamatan Pesawaran dengan nilai MPE sebesar 10,29 dan LQ-DS sebesar LQ > 1 ; DS > 0. UMKM tersebut layak didirikan karena memenuhi kriteria kelayakan usaha, yaitu: nilai POT setelah pajak sebesar 0,3 dan nilai ROI setelah pajak sebesar 243,8%, nilai R/C Ratio lebih besar dari 1 (1,4497) dan pay back periode kurang lebih selama 3 bulan.
