ABSTRAK ANALISIS HUBUNGAN KEHAMILAN USIA REMAJA DENGAN KEJADIAN PERSALINAN PRETERM DI RSUD DR. H. ABDUL MOELOEK PROVINSI LAMPUNG OLEH ALDIANO RACHMANTIAWAN Latar Belakang : Persalinan preterm didefinisikan sebagai persalinan yang terjadi pada usia kehamilan kurang dari 37 minggu yaitu antara usia kehamilan 20 minggu hingga kurang dari 37 minggu. Komplikasi persalinan preterm adalah penyebab utama kematian anak di bawah usia 5 tahun dan menyebabkan sekitar 1 juta kematian pada setiap tahunnya. Kematian neonatus disebabkan oleh prematuritas cukup tinggi yaitu sekitar 80%, dan pada bayi yang hidup diperkirakan mengalami permasalahan jangka panjang sekitar 10%. Persalinan preterm berkontribusi langsung terhadap risiko morbiditas dan mortalitas maternal, janin, dan neonatus. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik total sampling yang merupakan seluruh ibu hamil yang mengalami perdarahan antepartum sebanyak 106 orang pada tahun 2018-2022. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi square. Hasil : Perhitungan uji Pearson chi-square didapatkan tingkat signifikansi p-value sebesar 0,465 yang artinya nilai-p > 0,05 dan pada uji Mann-Whitney didapatkan P-Value sebesar 0,292 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kehamilan pada usia remaja dengan kejadian persalinan preterm di RSUD DR. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung. Hal ini sejalan dengan penelitian dari Andi Syinta (2021) bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara ibu usia muda dengan kejadian persalinan Preterm Kesimpulan : Tidak terdapat hubungan antara usia ibu remaja dengan kejadian persalinan preterm. ABDUL MOELOEK LAMPUNG PROVINCE BY ALDIANO RACHMANTIAWAN Background : Preterm delivery is defined as childbirth that occurs at less than 37 weeks gestation, which is between 20 weeks and less than 37 weeks gestation. Complications of preterm delivery are the leading cause of death for children under the age of 5 and cause about 1 million deaths annually. Neonatal mortality is caused by a fairly high prematurity of about 80%, and in living babies it is estimated that long-term problems are around 10%. Preterm delivery contributes directly to the risk of maternal, fetal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. Method : This research is a type of descriptive analytic research with a cross sectional approach. This research was conducted at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung Province. The research sample used a total sampling technique which consisted of 106 pregnant women who experienced antepartum bleeding in 2018-2022. Data analysis was carried out using univariate and bivariate methods using the chi square test. Result : Calculation of the Pearson chi-square test obtained a significance level of p-value of 0.465, which means that the p-value > 0.05 and in the Mann-Whitney test obtained a P-Value of 0.292, it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between pregnancy in adolescence and the incidence of preterm labor in RSUD DR. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung Province. This is in line with research from Andi Syinta (2021) that there is no relationship between young mothers and the incidence of preterm labour. Conclusion : There is no relationship between the age of adolescent mothers and the incidence of preterm childbirth. Keywords : Preterm Childbirth, Age
