Hutan mangrove sebagai salah satu ekosistem pesisir merupakan ekosistem yang unik serta memiliki fungsi ekologi dan ekonomi. Salah satu fungsi ekonomi mangrove adalah ekowisata. Pemanfaatan hutan mangrove sebagai wisata yang tidak optimal dikhawatirkan akan berdampak buruk bagi segi ekologi kawasan tersebut. Selain itu, jarak tempuh yang tergolong dekat dari pusat kota menjadi alternatif wisatawan untuk berkunjung sehingga berdampak mengalami penurunan kemampuan ekosistem. Hal tersebut juga dikhawatirkan akan terjadi pada kawasan Ekowisata Mangrove Petengoran. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai manfaat langsung, nilai manfaat tidak langsung, nilai pilihan, nilai keberadaan serta menganalisis nilai ekonomi total hutan mangrove Petengoran, Desa Gebang, Kecamatan Teluk Pandan, Kabupaten Pesawaran. Penentuan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive, random dan accidental sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah nelayan, masyarakat, wisatawan, dan pengelola ekowisata mangrove. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi di lapangan, kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif deskriptif melalui pendekatan harga pasar, replacement cost, travel cost method, dan contingent valuation method. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai manfaat langsung hutan mangrove Petengoran di Desa Gebang yaitu sebesar Rp 10.545.118.889 per tahun sedangkan nilai manfaat tidak langsung lebih tinggi sebesar Rp 11.739.043.163 per tahun. Nilai manfaat pilihan hutan mangrove Petengoran di Desa Gebang adalah Rp 26.396.235 per tahun dan nilai manfaat keberadaan sebesar Rp 170.944.390 per tahun, sehingga nilai ekonomi total yang didapatkan dari penjumlahan dari nilai ekonomi manfaat langsung, tidak langsung, pilihan dan keberadaan sebesar Rp 22.481.502.677 per tahun. Kata kunci: hutan mangrove, nilai ekonomi total, petengoran. Mangrove forest as one of the coastal ecosystems is a unique ecosystem and has ecological and economic functions. One of the economic functions of mangroves is ecotourism. It is feared that the use of mangrove forests as tourism that is not optimal will have a negative impact on the ecological aspect of the area. In addition, the relatively close distance from the city center is an alternative for tourists to visit, resulting in a decrease in the ability of the ecosystem. It is also feared that this will happen to the Petetengoran Mangrove Ecotourism area. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct benefit value, indirect benefit value, option value, existence value and to analyze the total economic value of the Petengoran mangrove forest, Gebang Village, Teluk Pandan District, Pesawaran Regency. Determination of the sample was carried out using purposive, random, and accidental sampling methods. The samples in this study were fishermen, communities, tourists, and managers of mangrove ecotourism. Data were collected using interview techniques and field observations, then analyzed quantitatively descriptively using market price approaches, replacement costs, travel cost methods, and contingent valuation methods. The results showed that the direct benefit value of the Petegoran mangrove forest in Gebang Village was Rp. 10.545.118.889 per year while the indirect benefit value was higherRp 11.739.043.163 per year. The benefit value of the choice of the Petetengoran mangrove forest in Gebang Village is Rp 26.396.235 per year and the benefit value of its existence is Rp 170.944.390 per year. So that the total economic value obtained from the sum of the economic value of direct, indirect, choice and existence benefits is Rp 22.481.502.677 per year.
