Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai peran Peratin dalam pengelolaan Hutan kemasyarakatan pada masyarakat Pekon Bakhu, Kecamatan Batu Ketulis, kabuapaten Lampug Barat. Dalam memenuhi tujuannya untuk mensejahterahkan masyarakat dan menjaga kelestarian hutan, HKm yang dikelola masyarakat mengalami keterbatasan pengembangan lahan dan dan tanaman serta keterbatasan fasilitas. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peran peratin sebagai Motifator, Fasilitator, dan Mediator pada petani untuk mengelola lahan Hutan Kemasyarakatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Peran peratin dalam memfasilitasi pengelolaan HKm belum terlaksana dengan baik. Secara umum peratin mendukung program HKm namun minim pengembangan pada masyarakat. Kearifan lokal berupa adat budaya lampung dan kebiasaan yang ada pada masyarakat memberikan dampak yang baik dalam menunjak pengelolaan ladang dan hutan secara lestari dan berkelanjutan namun, hasil ladang tersebut tidak memberikan jaminan bagi perekonomian petani. oleh sebab itu di butuhkan dorongan pemerintah setempat untuk mengembangkan kearifan lokal yang ada agar dapat mendorong perekonomian masyarakat melalui sektor pertanian. Kata Kunci: Peratin, Peran, Hutan Kemasyarakatan, Kearifan Lokal ABSTRACT This study discusses the role of the Village Head in managing community forestry in the Bakhu Village community, Batu Ketulis District, West Lampung Regency. In fulfilling its goals for the welfare of the community and maintaining forest sustainability, community-managed HKm experienced limited land and plant development as well as limited facilities. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of actors as Motivators, facilitators, and Mediators for farmers to manage Community Forest land. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, while the data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the village head in facilitating HKm management has not been implemented properly. In general, the village head supports the HKm program but lacks community development. Local wisdom in the form of Lampung cultural customs and habits that exist in the community has a good impact on promoting sustainable and sustainable management of fields and forests, but the results of these fields do not provide guarantees for the farmer's economy. Therefore, local government encouragement is needed to develop existing local wisdom so that it can encourage the community's economy through the agricultural sector.
