Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen sarana dan prasarana pasca pandemi covid 19 di SMP Negeri 4 Natar melalui tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan pada tahap (1) Perencanaan mengarah kepada transformasi digital dengan melakukan pengembangan teknologi e-learning dalam metode pembelajarannya. Perencanaan sekolah secara keseluruhan telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku; (2) Pengorganisasian tim gugus tugas sarana dan prasarna pasca pandemi dilakukan oleh koordinator tim pelaksana yaitu wakil kepala bidang sarana dan prasarna dan kepala sekolah sebagai penanggung jawab terwujudnya sarana dan prasarana sekolah berdasarkan standar Permendikbud Nomor 9 Tahun 2020; dan (3) Pelaksanaan yang dilakukan sesuai dengan perencanaan perwujudan sarana dan prasarana pasca pandemi covid-19, dan pada pelaksanaannya menerapkan transformasi digital dengan melibatkan kemajuan teknologi e-learning dalam penerapan pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan.; (4) Pengawasan manajemen sarana dan prasarana di SMP Negeri 4 Natar dilakukan melalui monitoring secara berkala oleh kepala sekolah dan dibantu oleh wakil kepala sekolah bidang sarana dan prasarana. ABSTRACT IMPLEMENTATION OF FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT POST PANDEMI COVID 19 (Case Study at SMP Negeri 4 Natar, South Lampung) By Diodantara This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of management of facilities and infrastructure after the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 4 Natar through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document studies. The results of the research conducted at stage (1) Planning lead to digital transformation by developing elearning technology in the learning method. Overall school planning has been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations; (2) The organization of the post-pandemic facilities and infrastructure task force team is carried out by the coordinator of the implementing team, namely the deputy head of facilities and infrastructure and the school principal as the person in charge of realizing school facilities and infrastructure based on Permendikbud Number 9 of 2020; and (3) The implementation is carried out in accordance with the planning for the realization of facilities and infrastructure after the Covid-19 pandemic, and in practice implementing digital transformation by involving advances in e-learning technology in implementing continuous learning.; (4) Supervision of the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 4 Natar is carried out through regular monitoring by the school principal and assisted by the vice principal for facilities and infrastructure.
