Perpustakaan adalah fasilitas yang penting dalam memberikan layanan informasi kepada penggunanya. Saat ini, perpustakaan tidak hanya berada di seluruh Indonesia dan luar negeri, tetapi juga telah berkembang menjadi berbagai jenis, seperti perpustakaan tradisional, bookless, hybrid, dan digital. Tujuan dari perpustakaan adalah untuk memberikan layanan informasi bagi penggunanya, yang mencakup kegiatan mengumpulkan, mengolah, melestarikan, menampilkan, dan menyebarkan informasi. Kebutuhan akan informasi terus meningkat seiring perkembangan waktu, dan informasi dapat ditemukan di berbagai sumber, seperti perpustakaan umum, sekolah, diskusi ruang publik, dan perpustakaan digital. Hal in menjadi menarik perhatian pada aplikasi Digilib UNILA yang memberikan layanan perpustakaan digital tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Digilib UNILA terhadap kebutuhan informasi mahasiswa Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori uses and gratification dengan survei jumlah sampel 100 responden dengan rumus lemeshow. Berdasarkan perhitungan regresi linear sederhana Y=7,973+0,438X dari variable X (penggunaan aplikasi Digilib UNILA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variable Y (pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi). Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, diperoleh hasil bahwa T hitung lebih besar dari tabel (10,467 > 1,984), dengan demikian Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang artinya terdapat pengaruh antara penggunaan aplikasi Digilib UNILA dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi mahasiswa Universitas lampung. koefisiensi determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,528. Nilai tersebut memiliki arti bahwa pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y adalah sebesar 52,8%. Nilai tersebut diartikan bahwa Pengaruh penggunaan Digital Library University of Lampung terhadap kebutuhan informasi mahasiswa Universitas Lampung memiliki pengaruh dengan persentase 52,8%. Sedangkan lainnya yaitu 47,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Library is an important facility in providing information services to its users. Nowadays, libraries are not only located throughout Indonesia and abroad, but they have also developed into various types, such as traditional, bookless, hybrid, and digital libraries. The purpose of the library is to provide information services to its users, which includes activities such as collecting, processing, preserving, displaying, and disseminating information. The need for information continues to increase over time, and information can be found from various sources, such as public libraries, schools, public discussion forums, and digital libraries. This has drawn attention to the Digilib UNILA application that provides digital library services. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of Digilib UNILA on the information needs of Universitas Lampung students. This study uses the theory of uses and gratification with a survey of a sample size of 100 respondents with the Lemeshow formula. Based on simple linear regression calculations Y=7.973+0.438X of variable X (the use of Digilib UNILA application) has a positive and significant effect on variable Y (information needs fulfillment). Based on the hypothesis test results, it was found that the calculated t-value was greater than the table value (10.467 > 1.984), thus the alternative hypothesis was accepted, and the null hypothesis was rejected, meaning that there is a significant effect of the use of Digilib UNILA application on the information needs fulfillment of Universitas Lampung students. The coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.528. This value means that the effect of variable X on variable Y is 52.8%. This value indicates that the effect of the use of Digital Library University of Lampung on the information needs of Universitas Lampung students has a 52.8% influence percentage. Meanwhile, the remaining 47.2% is influenced by other factors that were not examined in this study.
