kawasan perhotelan. Khusus aktifitas penyeberangan jalan, sebetulnya di ruas jalan Raden Ajeng Kartini sudah tersedia fasilitas penyeberangan berupa jembatan penyeberangan orang (JPO). Namun kenyataan di lapangan jembatan tersebut tidak maksimal penggunaannya, artinya masih ada penyeberang khususnya pejalan kaki yang menyeberang langsung ke area jalan tanpa melalui jembatan penyeberangan. Peneliti akan mengumpulkan data dengan metode visual yaitu menggunakan perekam video untuk mengambil data lalu lintas dan kuisioner untuk mengatahui persepsi masyarakat tentang JPO. Data lalu lintas yang dibutuhkan seperti volume lalu lintas, perilaku penyenerang jalan, waktu tundaan kendaraan, kecepatan kendaraan dan persepsi masyarakat tentang JPO yang telah tersedia. Lalu data-data akan diolah menggunakan excel. Dari hasil penelitian didapat pada ruas Jalan Raden Ajeng Kartini perbandingan penyeberang yang melalui jalan 3 kali lebih besar dibandingkan penyeberang melalui JPO. Dari hasil terlihat bahwa jembatan penyeberangan tidak cukup efektif. Selama puncak pagi, siang dan sore rata - rata penyeberang pejalan kaki pada hari senin maupun sabtu yang melalui jalan mempengaruhi kinerja arus lalu lintas dimana mengakibatkan tundaan kendaraan sebanyak 1 sampai 2 kendaraan dengan waktu yang beragam dimulai dari 0,81 hingga 1,72 detik. Terjadi pengurangan kecepatan kendaraan sekitar 2 sampai 5 km/jam akibat adanya penyeberangan melalui jalan. Didapatkan hasil lebih dari 50% responden merasa cukup dengan JPO yang tersedia. Terdapat beberapa alasan spesifik mengapa responden tidak menggunakan JPO seperti, letak JPO yang kurang startegis dan kurang terjaganya kebersihan JPO. Specifically for road crossing activities, actually on the Raden Ajeng Kartini road section there are already crossing facilities in the form of a pedestrian bridge (JPO). However, in reality, the use of the bridge is not optimal, meaning that there are still pedestrians, especially pedestrians, who cross directly into the road area without going through the pedestrian bridge. Researchers will collect data using a visual method, namely using a video recorder to collect traffic data and a questionnaire to find out the public's perception of the JPO. The required traffic data such as traffic volume, pedestrian behavior, vehicle delay time, vehicle speed and public perception of JPO are available. Then the data will be processed using excel. From the results of the study, it was found that on Raden Ajeng Kartini road, the ratio of pedestrians taking the road was 3 times greater than those crossing the JPO. From the results it can be seen that the pedestrian bridge is not effective enough. During the morning, afternoon and evening peaks - the average pedestrian crossing on Monday and Saturday that passes through the road affects the traffic flow performance which results in vehicle delays of 1 to 2 vehicles with varying times starting from 0.81 to 1.72 seconds. There was a reduction in vehicle speed of about 2 to 5 km/h due to crossings by road. The results obtained were that more than 50% of respondents felt sufficient with the available JPO. There are several specific reasons why respondents did not use the JPO, such as the less strategic location of the JPO and the lack of cleanliness of the JPO.
