Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Implementasi kebijakan SE Mendikbud No 4 Tahun 2020 tentang pelaksanaan kebijakan pendidikan dalam masa darurat penyebaran Covid- 19 ini, salah satunya diimpelemtasikan di Kota Bandar Lampung yaitu dengan dikeluarkannya Peraturan Walikota Bandar Lampung No 12 Tahun 2020 tentang Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru Pada Taman Kanak-Kanak Negeri, Sekolah Dasar Negeri, dan Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri Dalam Masa Darurat Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19). Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Bagaimakah penerimaan peserta didik baru pada sekolah dasar negeri dalam masa pandemi di Kota Bandar Lampung ? dan 2) Faktor-faktor apasajakah yang menjadi penghambat dalam penerimaan peserta didik baru pada sekolah dasar negeri dalam masa pandemi di Kota Bandar Lampung ?. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan empiris. Studi yang dilakukan dengan studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan, analisis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Pelaksanaan PPDB Sekolah Dasar yang ada di Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 sudah menerapkan jalur zonasi dan perpindahan orang tua/wali. Adapun sistem pelaksanaan PPDB pada masa pandemic Covid-19 dilaksanakan secara luring (Luar Jaringan) dengan tetap mengikuti protocol kesehatan. (2) Faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam penerimaan peserta didik baru pada sekolah dasar negeri dalam masa pandemi di Kota Bandar Lampung belum siapnya calon peserta didik baru pada tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang sekarang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan sistem daring/online. Permasalahan PPDB yang kedua perbedaan status sekolahnya. Kata Kunci : Penerimaan, Peserta Didik Baru, Pandemi. The implementation of the Ministry of Education and Culture's SE policy No. 4 of 2020 regarding the implementation of education policies during the emergency period of the spread of Covid-19, one of which was implemented in the City of Bandar Lampung, namely by issuing the Mayor of Bandar Lampung Regulation No. 12 of 2020 concerning Acceptance of New Students at State Kindergartens , Public Elementary Schools, and State Junior High Schools in the Emergency Period of the Spread of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19). The problems in this research are 1) How is the acceptance of new students at public elementary schools during a pandemic in Bandar Lampung City? and 2) What factors are the obstacles in accepting new students at public elementary schools during the pandemic in Bandar Lampung City?. The research method uses a normative and empirical juridical approach. The study was conducted using library research and field studies, the data analysis used was qualitative. The results of the study show (1) The implementation of PPDB for elementary schools in Bandar Lampung City for the 2021/2022 academic year has implemented the zoning pathway and the transfer of parents/guardians. The PPDB implementation system during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out offline (Off-Network) while still following the health protocol. (2) The factors that hindered the acceptance of new students at state elementary schools during the pandemic in Bandar Lampung City were not ready for prospective new students in the 2021/2022 academic year, which is now being carried out using an online system. The second PPDB problem is the difference in school status. Keywords: Acceptance, New Students, Pandemic.
