Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis nilai kelayakan teknis dan ekonomi pada Traktor Roda 4 serta dapat memberikan kontribusi pada penyediaan informasi tentang analisis ekonomi baik secara teori maupun di lapangan pada penggunaan Traktor Roda 4, sehingga bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa/pelajar, petani maupun masyarakat pengguna Traktor Roda 4 di Brigade Alat Mesin Pertanian Tegineneng. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Februari--Maret 2023 di Brigade Alat Mesin Pertanian Kecamatan Tegineneng, Kabupaten Pesawaran. Data-data yang diperoleh merupakan data primer dan data sekunder yang kemudian dihitung untuk mengetahui nilai kelayakan teknis dan ekonomi pada alat Traktor Roda 4. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kelayakan teknis dan ekonomi pada Traktor 4 ditunjukkan dengan nilai BEP sebesar 76,82513174ha/tahun, NPV Rp2.199.606/tahun, B/C Ratio 1,002451417, dan IRR 6,83% pada jam kerja 6 jam/hari. Masa pakai traktor roda 4 sendiri mencapai 10 tahun dimana didapat Payback Period sebesar 7,79 tahun. Hal ini memberikan keuntungan dimana masih tersisa 1,21 tahun sampai masa pakai traktor tersebut habis. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, penyewaan traktor roda 4 layak untuk dilanjutkan. Berdasarkan analisis sensitivitas penggunaan traktor roda 4 terhadap perubahan hari kerja, terjadi perubahan yang signifikan dalam setiap perubahan hari kerja, ditunjukkan pada 60 hari kerja mengalami kenaikan NPV terbesar dan penambahan hari kerja yang lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan penambahan hari kerja 70 dan 80. Dimana NPV yang didapat adalah Rp98.925.809/tahun Kata kunci: Traktor Roda 4, BEP, NPV, B/C Ratio, IRR, Payback Period This study aims to determine the analysis of technical and economic feasibility values on 4-wheeled tractors and can contribute to providing information about economic analysis both in theory and in the field on the use of 4-wheeled tractors, so that it is useful for students/students, farmers and the community using wheeled tractors 4 in the Tegineneng Agricultural Machine Tool Brigade. This research was carried out from February to March 2023 at the Agricultural Machine Tool Brigade, Tegineneng District, Pesawaran Regency. The data obtained are primary data and secondary data which are then calculated to determine the technical and economic feasibility value of the 4 Wheel Tractor. Based on the results of the technical and economic feasibility analysis on Tractor 4, it is indicated by a BEP value of 76.82513174ha/year, NPV Rp. 2,199,606/year, B/C Ratio 1.002451417, and an IRR of 6.83% during working hours 6 hours/day. The service life of the 4-wheeled tractor itself reaches 10 years where the payback period is 7.79 years. This gives the advantage that there is still 1.21 years left until the tractor's service life runs out. Based on this analysis, the 4-wheeled tractor rental is feasible to continue. Based on the sensitivity analysis of the use of 4-wheeled tractors to changes in working days, there is a significant change in each change in working days, it is shown that 60 working days experience the largest increase in NPV and the addition of fewer working days compared to the addition of working days 70 and 80.
