Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Lurah terhadap tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perkotaan merupakan sebuah penelitian yang dilakukan dalam ruang lingkup Kelurahan Kedaton, Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan Lurah terhadap tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam sebuah program pemerintah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling dari keseluruhan Kepala Keluarga yang ada di lingkup objek Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perkotaan di Kelurahan Kedaton, yaitu di Lingkungan I, Lingkungan II, dan Lingkungan III Kelurahan Kedaton yang berjumlah 189 sampel penelitian. Dari jumlah sampel tersebut mampu diperoleh data dengan metode kuisioner yang disebarkan pada seluruh jumlah sampel yang telah ditentukan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Program SPSS20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Kepemimpinan Lurah terhadap tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perkotaan di Kelurahan Kedaton. Angka kontribusi pengaruh yang diperoleh rumus korelasi Product Moment dalam Program SPSS20 adalah sebesar 22%. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Partisipasi masyarakat, Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perkotaan. ABSTRACT Impact On The Leadership Of Village Head (Lurah) For Society Participation Level In The National Program Of Society Empowerment Independet Urban (PNPM-MP) is a study carried out in the area of Kedaton village, Bandar Lampung. This study aims to determine how much influence the leadership of the village head (Lurah) of the level of community participation in a government program. This research used quantitative method. The population in this study is using purposive sampling technique of the whole householder that exist in the scope of National program of society empowerment independent urban in Kedaton Village, particularly in the first Environment, second Environment, and third Environment for Kedaton village are 189 sample. the sample was able to obtained the data by the method of questionnaires distributed to the entire number of samples which have been determined. Data were analyzed by using SPSS20 Program. The results showed that there is a positive and significant impact between Leadership Village Head (Lurah) of Society Participation Level In The National Program Of Society Empowerment Independet Urban (PNPM-MP) in Kedaton village. the value contribution of the impact obtained from the product moment in correlation formula SPSS20 program is 22%.
