Kabupaten Mesuji menempati posisi terendah dengan nilai IPM 64,04 pada tahun 2021, sebagaimana diketahui dalam melaksanakan pembangunan berkelanjutan, semua aspek dan program harus terlaksana secara baik dan terpenuhi. Adapun permasalahan dalam skripsi ini adalah: Bagaimana implementasi sustainable development goals desa dalam bidang kesehatan pada pelaksanaan pos pelayanan terpadu di Desa Tanjung Mas Makmur. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Edward III yang terdiri dari empat indicator yaitu komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengkaji permasalahan yang berdasarkan fenomena aktual dan faktual yang terjadi dilapangan, yang tidak hanya mengumpulkan data saja tetapi juga menganalisa data yang telah diperoleh. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Desa Tanjung Mas Makmur, sumber data primer yaitu wawancara dengan informan dan observasi di lingkungan Desa Tanjung Mas Makmur, serta data sekunder melalui data dokumentasi. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui wawancara dan observasi, kemudian data tersebut disusun dan dianalisa dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SDGs desa dalam bidang kesehatan pada pelaksanaan posyandu menunjukkan bahwa pada indikator yaitu komunikasi dan sumber daya belum tercapai karna masih kurangnya komunikasi antara kepala desa dengan aparatur dan para kadernya namun dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat hambatan, pada indikator disposisi dan struktur birokrasi telah tercapai karna aparatur dan kerja bekerja sesuai SOP yang berlaku yang terlampir dalam SK kepala desa. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Kesehatan, Aparatur Desa Tanjung Mas Makmur Mesuji Regency occupies the lowest position with an HDI value of 64.04 in 2021, as it is known that in carrying out sustainable development, all aspects and programs must be carried out properly and fulfilled. The problems in this thesis are: How to implement village sustainable development goals in the health sector in the implementation of integrated service posts in Tanjung Mas Makmur Village. This study uses Edward III's theory which consists of four indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This study uses a qualitative method by examining problems based on actual and factual phenomena that occur in the field, which not only collect data but also analyze the data that has been obtained. This research is located in Tanjung Mas Makmur Village, the primary data sources are interviews with informants and observations in the Tanjung Mas Makmur Village environment, as well as secondary data through documentation data. The data collection technique is through interviews and observation, then the data is compiled and analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that the implementation of village SDGs in the health sector in the implementation of Posyandu shows that the indicators namely communication and resources have not been achieved because there is still a lack of communication between the village head and his apparatus and cadres but in practice there are obstacles, the disposition and bureaucratic structure indicators have been achieved because the apparatus and workers work according to the applicable SOP attached to the village head's decree.
