Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis transmisi harga beras secara vertikal dari tingkat produsen (penggiling) ke konsumen dan menganalisis faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pembentukan harga beras di tingkat produsen (penggiling) di Provinsi Lampung. Menggunakan analisis data panel. Data panel adalah data bulanan dari Januari 2020 sampai Desember 2022 dengan sampel 15 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Lampung sedangkan untuk analisis faktor pembentukan harga menggunakan data bulanan harga beras tingkat produsen (penggiling), harga beras tingkat konsumen, konsumsi beras, harga impor beras dan harga jagung tahun 2020-2022. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Asymmetric Error Correction Model (AECM) dan Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian ini adalah menemukan bahwa pola transmisi harga beras di Provinsi Lampung bersifat simetris dalam jangka pendek pola transmisi harga beras bersifat asimetris artinya di mana ada penundaan atau ketidaklangsungan dalam mekanisme transmisi harga antara produsen dan konsumendan dalam jangka panjang artinya harga konsumen langsung ditransmisikan kepada harga produsen (penggiling). Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga beras di tinggat penggiling di Provinsi Lampung yaitu harga konsumen, harga impor beras, konsumsi beras, dan harga jagung di tingkat produsen. Kata kunci : Beras, Harga, Pembentukan, Transmisi The research aims to analyze the vertical price transmission of rice from the producer (miller) level to consumers and to analyze the influencing factors on rice price formation at the producer (miller) level in Lampung Province. The study utilizes panel data analysis. Panel data consists of monthly data from January 2020 to December 2022, covering a sample of 15 districts/cities in Lampung Province. For the analysis of price formation factors, monthly data on producer-level rice prices, consumer-level rice prices, rice consumption, imported rice prices, and corn prices from 2020 to 2022 are used. The method employed in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The analytical tools used include the Asymmetric Error Correction Model (AECM) and Ordinary Least Squares (OLS). The findings of this research reveal that the pattern of rice price transmission in Lampung Province is symmetric in the short term, indicating that there is a delay or disruption in the price transmission mechanism between producers and consumers. In the long term, consumer prices are directly transmitted to producer (miller) prices, implying an asymmetric pattern of price transmission. Factors influencing rice prices at the producer level in Lampung Province include consumer prices, imported rice prices, rice consumption, and corn prices at the producer level.
