Human trafficking merupakan permasalahan global yang melanda di setiap kawasan seperti di Asia Tenggara dan di setiap negara, termasuk Indonesia. Dengan adanya permasalahan ini dibutuhkan upaya penanganan oleh kawasan seperti Asia Tenggara untuk membentuk suatu kesepakatan hukum yang mengatur mengenai perdagangan manusia. Kesepakatan yang disetujui bersama pada akhirnya dibentuk pada 2015 yaitu Asean Convention Against Trafficking in Person, Especially Women and Children (ACTIP) mengenai pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang (TPPO). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kepentingan Indonesia meratifikasi ACTIP atas isu perdagangan manusia melalui perspektif konstruktivisme Alexander Wendt. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan Teknik pengumpulan data kajian Pustaka melalui dokumen laporan tahun 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 dan situs resmi ASEAN, situs resmi Kemenkumham, situs resmi Kemenpppa, dan situs resmi lainnya. Peneliti menganalisis kepentingan Indonesia meratifikasi ACTIP berdasarkan salah satu jenis identitas yang terdapat dalam konstruktivisme Alexander Wendt yaitu collective identity. Pada collective Identity terdapat 3 identitas kolektif, yaitu faktor sistematik, faktor structural, dan faktor strategis. Dari ketiga faktor inilah yang menjadi acuan bagi peneliti untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis Kepentingan Indonesia Meratifikasi ACTIP. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengkontekstualisasikan sikap dan kepentingan Indonesia terhadap ACTIP dalam lanskap ASEAN yang lebih luas. Identitas kolektif Indonesia dalam kerangka ASEAN dan komitmen terhadap norma dan nilai bersama menjadi faktor penting dalam alasan Indonesia ratifikasi ACTIP. Indonesia meratifikasi ACTIP sejalan dengan kebijakan luar negeri Indonesia, komitmen hak asasi manusia, dan hubungan diplomatik di dalam ASEAN dan sekitarnya. Kata Kunci: ACTIP, Human Trafficking, Konstruktivisme, collective identity, Kepentingan Indonesia Human trafficking is a global problem that affects every region, such as in Southeast Asia, including Indonesia. With this problem, regional efforts such as Southeast Asia are needed to form a legal agreement that regulates human trafficking. The mutually agreement was finally formed in 2015, known as Asean Convention Against Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children (ACTIP) regarding the eradication of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons (TPPO). This study aims to see Indonesia's interest in ratifying ACTIP on the issue of human trafficking through the perspective of Alexander Wendt's constructivism. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and library research data collection techniques through document reports from 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and the official ASEAN website, the official website of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, the official website of the Ministry of Women Empowerment and Child Protection, and other official sites. The researcher analyzes Indonesia's interest in ratifying ACTIP based on one type of identity found in Alexander Wendt's constructivism, namely collective identity. There are 3 collective identities, namely systematic factors, structural factors, and strategic factors. These three factors are the reference for researchers to explain and analyze Indonesia's Interests in Ratifying ACTIP. The results of this research are to contextualize Indonesia's attitudes and interests towards ACTIP within the broader ASEAN landscape. Indonesia's collective identity within the ASEAN framework and its commitment to shared norms and values are important factors in Indonesia's reasons for ratifying ACTIP. Indonesia ratified ACTIP in line with Indonesia's foreign policy, human rights commitments, and diplomatic relations within ASEAN and beyond.
