Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya kepercayaan diri peserta didik anak kelompok A usia 4-5 Tahun di TK Aisyiyah Kauman Metro Pusat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh metode show and tell dengan media Information and Communication Technology (ICT) terhadap kepercayaan diri anak usia 4-5 tahun, (2) pengaruh metode show and tell dengan media cetak terhadap kepercayaan diri anak usia 4-5 tahun, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara metode show and tell dengan media ICT dengan metode show and tell dengan media cetak terhadap kepercayaan diri anak usia 4-5 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian non equivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelompok A di TK Aisyiyah Kauman Metro Pusat dengan jumlah 66 peserta didik. Penentuan sample penelitian menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh metode show and tell dengan media ICT terhadap kepercayaan diri pada anak usia 4-5 tahun yaitu pada aspek keyakinan diri, bertanggung jawab dan rasional atau realistis (2) terdapat pengaruh metode show and tell dengan media cetak terhadap kepercayaan diri anak usia 4-5 tahun yaitu pada aspek keyakinan diri dan optimis, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh metode show and tell dengan media ICT dan metode show and tell dengan media cetak yaitu metode show and tell menggunakan media ICT lebih efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak usia 4-5 tahun dibandingkan menggunakan media cetak. The problem in this research is the low self-confidence of group A students aged 4-5 years at TK Aisyiyah Kauman Metro Pusat. This research aims to analyze (1) the influence of method show and tell with the media Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on the self-confidence of children aged 4-5 years, (2) the influence of method show and tell with print media on the self- confidence of children aged 4-5 years, (3) differences in influence between methods show and tell with ICT media with methods show and tell with print media on the self-confidence of children aged 4-5 years. This research uses the method quasi experiment with research design non equivalent kontrol group design. The research population was all group A students at TK Aisyiyah Kauman Metro Pusat with a total of 66 students. Determining the research sample using techniques random sampling. Data collection techniques use observation. The research results show that (1) there is an influence of method show and tell with ICT media on self-confidence in children aged 4-5 years, namely in the aspects of self-confidence, responsibility and rationality or realistic (2) there is an influence of the method show and tell with print media on the self-confidence of children aged 4-5 years, namely in the aspects of self-confidence and optimism, (3) there are differences in the influence of the method show and tell with ICT media and methods show and tell with print media, namely method show and tell Using ICT media is more effective in increasing the self-confidence of children aged 4-5 years than using print media.
