Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Taman Nasional Bukit Barisan Selatan (TNBBS) merupakan kawasan konservasi yang secara administrasi berada di Provinsi Lampung dan Provinsi Bengkulu. Permasalahan dengan masyarakat terkait pemanfaatan Hasil Hutan Bukan Kayu (HHBK) yang berasal dari dalam kawasan menjadi salah satu perdebatan. Permasalahan tersebut mendorong Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK) menerbitkan skema Perhutanan Sosial (PS) untuk pelibatan masyarakat lokal dalam pengelolaan kawasan. Minimnya data tentang faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi peserta kemitraan kehutanan seperti demografi, modal sosial, dan persepsi. Disisi lain menurut para pakar, faktor-faktor tersebut penting dalam mendukung partisipasi terhadap suatu program. Tujuan penelitian membangun model variabel demografi dan modal sosial dalam menguatkan persepsi dan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat pada program kemitraan kehutanan. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Juli 2023 di TNBBS. Lokasi ini dipilih karena status TNBBS sebagai Tropical Rainforest Heritage of Sumatera. Pengisian kuesioner oleh 95 responden anggota masyarakat yang sudah mendapatkan izin kemitraan kehutanan. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan statistik deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) (Second Order) dengan software Smart PLS.4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan demografi dan modal sosial berpengaruh langsung terhadap partisipasi pada program kemitraan kehutanan namun tidak dengan persepsi. Pendampingan dan membangun komunikasi yang efektif antara petugas dengan masyarakat tentang kemitraan kehutanan merupakan faktor utama untuk kondisi saat ini. Kata Kunci: Kemitraan, Perhutanan Sosial, Konservasi, TNBBS. Problem the encourage the Ministry of Environment and Forestry to issue a Social Forestry (SF) scheme for the involvement of local communities in area management . There is a lack of data on factors that influence the participation of forestry partnership participants such as demography, social capital, and perception. On the side other according to para expert, factors the important in support participation to a program. The research objective is to build a model of demographic variables and social capital in strengthening perceptions and increasing community participation in forestry partnership programs . The research was carried out last month July 2023 at BBSNP. Location This chosen because of BBSNP's status as Tropical Rainforest Heritage of Sumatra. Filling questionnaire by 95 respondents are community members who have get permission partnership forestry. Analysis data use approach statistics descriptive And testing hypothesis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) (Second Order ) with Smart PLS .4.0 software. Results study show demographics and social capital influential direct to participation in the partnership program forestry however no with perception. Mentoring and building effective communication between officers and the community regarding forestry partnerships are the main factors for current conditions.
