Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan salah satu penyakit menular di dunia. TB disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Bakteri ini merupakan basil kuat yang membutuhkan waktu lama untuk pengobatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan standar rumah sehat (kebersihan rumah/komponen rumah, fasilitas sanitasi, perilaku penghuni) dan status imunisasi BCG dengan kejadian tuberkulosis anak di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gedung Rejo Sakti Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain penelitian case control. Kelompok kasus adalah anak penderita TB dan kelompok kontrol adalah anak tidak TB atau sehat. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus sampai November 2023 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gedung Rejo Tulang Bawang. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang dominan/berpengaruh terhadap kejadian tuberkulosis anak di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gedung Rejo Sakti Kabupaten Tulang Bawang adalah sebagai berikut: dinding (p=0,000, OR=1,128, 95% CI=5,128-50,782), lantai (p=0,010, OR=1,094, 95% CI=5,844-128,98), jendela kamar tidur (p=0,000, OR=4,832, 95% CI=7,521-45,787) , jendela ruang keluarga (p=0,012, OR=3,230, 95% CI=4,127-30,722), ventilasi (p=0,010, OR=2,188, 95% CI=4,217-25,563), sarana pembuangan sampah (p=0,000, OR=1,121, 95% CI=2,962-28,982), perilaku membuka jendela kamar tidur (p=0,032, OR=4,521, 95% CI=5,292-54,987), perilaku membuka jendela ruang keluarga (p=0,020, OR=2,169, 95% CI=3,822-56,983), perilaku membersihkan rumah dan halaman (p=0,000, OR=1,114, 95% CI=1,382-47,893), dan imunisasi BCG (p=0,000, OR=3,224, 95% CI=2,822-26,900). Kata Kunci: Standar Rumah Sehat, Status Imunisasi BCG, Tuberkulosis Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the world's leading infectious diseases. TB is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This bacterium is a strong bacillus that requires a long time to treat. This study aims to analyze the relationship between healthy home standards (home hygiene / home components, sanitation facilities, occupant behavior) and BCG immunization status with the incidence of childhood tuberculosis in the working area of the Puskesmas Gedung Rejo Sakti, Tulang Bawang Regency in 2023. This study used the type of research is observational analytic with case control research design. The case group was children with tuberculosis and the control group was children without tuberculosis or healthy. The study was conducted from August to November 2023 in the working area of Gedung Rejo Health Center, Tulang Bawang. The results of the study can be concluded that the dominant/influential factors with the incidence of childhood tuberculosis in the working area of Puskesmas Gedung Rejo Sakti Tulang Bawang Regency are as follows: walls (p=0.000, OR=1.128, 95% CI=5.128-50.782), floors (p=0.010, OR=1.094, 95% CI=5.844-128.98), bedroom windows (p=0.000, OR= 4.832, 95% CI=7.521-45.787), living room window (p=0.012, OR=3.230, 95% CI=4.127-30.722), measurement (p=0.010, OR=2.188, 95% CI=4.217-25.563) , waste disposal facilities (p=0.000, OR=1.121, 95% CI=2.962-28.982), behavior of opening bedroom windows (p=0.032, OR=4.521, 95% CI=5.292-54.987), behavior of opening family room windows (p=0.020, OR=2.169, 95% CI=3.822-56.983), house and yard cleaning behavior (p=0.000, OR=1.114, 95% CI=1.382-47.893), and BCG immunization (p=0.000, OR =3.224, 95% CI=2.822-26.900).
