Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala madrasah, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja guru secara parsial terhadap profesionalisme guru, serta pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala madrasah, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja guru secara simultan terhadap profesionalisme guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis ex-post facto, dengan populasi sebesar 192. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru MTs Negeri di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan random sampling dengan sampel sebesar 130 guru. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda, yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji prasyarat regresi yaitu uji normalitas, heterokedastisitas, multikolinieritas dan linieritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif supervisi akademik kepala madrasah, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja guru secara parsial terhadap profesionalisme guru, (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif secara simultan pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala madrasah, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja guru terhadap profesionalisme guru. Kata Kunci: Supervisi Akademik Kepala Madrasah, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja Guru, Profesionalisme Guru. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of academic supervision of madrasah heads, work motivation, and partial teacher job satisfaction partially on teacher professionalism, as well as the influence of academic supervision of madrasah heads, work motivation, and teacher job satisfaction simultaneously on teacher professionalism. This study used an ex-post facto quantitative approach, with a population of 192. The population in this study is all MTs Negeri teachers in South Lampung Regency. Sample selection using random sampling with a sample of 130 teachers. And a questionnaire was used to collect the data. Data analysis used simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis, which had previously been carried out regression prerequisite tests, namely normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and linearity tests. The results showed that (1) there was a positive influence of academic supervision of the head of the madrasah, work motivation, and partial teacher job satisfaction on teacher professionalism, (2) there was a simultaneous positive influence of the influence of academic supervision of the head of the madrasah, work motivation, and teacher job satisfaction on teacher professionalism.
