Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kematangan karir pada siswa kelas xii yang sangat rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dengan kematangan karir siswa peserta didik kelas xii SMAN 5 Bandar Lampung. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 358 siswa. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert yang digunakan pada variabel konsep diri dan kematangan karir. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara konsep diri dan kematangan karir pada peserta didik kelas xii SMAN 5 Bandar Lampung karena r hitung 0,479 > r tabel 0,235 atau Nilai Sig. (2-tailed) (0,000) < 0,05 dengan kategori korelasi kuat, sehingga semakin tinggi konsep diri maka semakin tinggi kematangan karir dan sebaliknya jika semakin rendah konsep diri maka semakin rendah kematangan karir. Kata kunci: konsep diri, kematangan karir, peserta didik. ABSTRACT THE RELATIONSHIP OF SELF-CONCEPT WITH CAREER MATURITY CLASS XII STUDENTS OF SMAN 5 BANDAR LAMPUNG ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024 By SUPRIYANTO The problem in this research is that the career maturity of class XII students is very low. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and career maturity of class xii students at SMAN 5 Bandar Lampung. The population in this study was 358 students. The sample in this study consisted of 32 students. The data collection technique in this research uses a Likert scale which is used for selfconcept and career maturity variables. The analysis technique in this research uses product moment correlation. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between self-concept and career maturity in class xii students at SMAN 5 Bandar Lampung because r calculated 0.479 > r table 0.235 or Sig value. (2-tailed) (0.000) < 0.05 with a strong correlation category, so that the higher the self-concept, the higher the career maturity and vice versa, the lower the self-concept, the lower the career maturity.
