Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of ownership structure, company age, audit committee characteristics, and company size on the Level of Corporate Information Disclosure Compliance (TKPIK) Based Website. The data in this research are annual reports of companies in the trade, services and investment sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021 period as well as the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The sampling method uses the method purposive sampling A sample of 164 companies was obtained. Hypothesis testing in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research are that the ownership structure and characteristics of the audit committee have no effect on the level of compliance with website-based corporate information disclosure (TKPIK). Meanwhile, company age and company size have a positive and significant effect on the Level of Compliance with Corporate Information Disclosures (TKPIK) Based on Website. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur kepemilikan, usia perusahaan, karakteristik komite audit, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap Tingkat Kepatuhan Pengungkapan Informasi Korporasi (TKPIK) Berbasis Website. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan tahunan perusahaan sektor perdagangan, jasa, dan investasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021 serta situs web Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 164 perusahaan. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitiannya adalah struktur kepemilikan dan karakteristik komtie audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap Tingkat Kepatuhan Pengungkapan Informasi Korporasi (TKPIK) Berbasis Website. Sedangkan usia perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Tingkat Kepatuhan Pengungkapan Informasi Korporasi (TKPIK) Berbasis Website. Kata Kunci: struktur kepemilikan, usia perusahaan, karakteristik komite audit, ukuran perusahaan, TKΡΙΚ.
