Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Latar Belakang : Penggunaan anestesi umum selama pembedahan dapat menimbulkan komplikasi yaitu post operative nausea vomiting (PONV). Prevalensi PONV global mencapai 20-40%, meningkat hingga 80% pada pasien berisiko tinggi. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengkaji faktor risiko di RSUD Abdoel Moeloek. Method : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan uji statistic chi-square dan analisis regresi logistik yang dilakukan di RSUD Abdul Moeloek pada bulan Oktober- November 2024. Sampel penelitian adalah pasien yang menjani pembedahan menggunakan anestesi umum. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebanyak 45 pasien (45%) mengalami post operative nausea vomiting (PONV). Hasil analisis uji chi-square terdapat hubungan antara kebiasaan merokok (p=0,000) dan durasi operasi (p=0,000). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara usia (p=1.000) dan indeks massa tubuh (p=0,585). Hasil analisi multivariat dengan analisis regresi logistik menunjukan bahwa durasi operasi (4,956) lebih berpengaruh terhadap kejadian post operative nausea vomiting (PONV) Kesimpulan : Faktor yang berhubungan dengan PONV adalah kebiasaan merokok dan durasi operasi. Faktor yang tidak berhubungan terhadap kejadian PONV adalah usia dan indeks massa tubuh. Kata kunci : mual muntah pasca operasi, anestesi umum Background : The use of general anesthesia during surgery can lead to complications, namely postoperative nausea vomiting (PONV). The global prevalence of PONV reaches 20-40%, increasing to 80% in high-risk patients. Further research is needed to assess risk factors at Abdoel Moeloek Hospital. Method : This study used a cross-sectional design with chi-square statistical test and logistic regression analysis conducted at Abdul Moeloek Hospital in October November 2024. The study sample was patients who underwent surgery using general anesthesia. Result : The results showed that 45 patients (45%) experienced postoperative nausea vomiting (PONV). The results of the chi-square test analysis showed a relationship between smoking habits (p=0.000) and duration of surgery (p=0.000). There was no association between age (p=1.000) and body mass index (p=0.585). The results of multivariate analysis with logistic regression analysis showed that the duration of surgery (4.956) was more influential on the incidence of postoperative nausea vomiting (PONV). Conclusion : Factors associated with PONV are smoking habits and duration of surgery. Factors that are not related to the incidence of PONV are age and body mass index.
