Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui pengaruh Self-esteem terhadap sikap kepemimpinan pengurus OSIS SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Agung. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengurus OSIS SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Agung tahun ajaran 2023/2024.Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 37 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan sebesar 66,6% self-esteem terhadap sikap kepemimpinan pada pengurus OSIS SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Agung Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat self-esteem yang dimiliki, pengurus OSIS maka sikap kepemimpinan yang ditunjukan lebih baik hal ini dapat dilihat dari implementasi sikap jujur, adil, tanggung jawab dan bijaksana. Kata Kunci: Pengurus OSIS, Self-esteem, Sikap Kepemimpinan. abstract This research aims to determine the influence of Knowing Self-Esteem on the leadership attitudes of the OSIS administrators at SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Agung. The method in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is the OSIS administrators of SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Agung for the 2023/2024 academic year. The sample for this research consisted of 37 respondents using a total sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Based on the research results obtained, 66.6% of self-esteem towards leadership attitudes in the OSIS administrators of SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Agung. This shows that the higher the level of self-esteem that the OSIS administrators have, the better the leadership attitudes shown, this can be seen. from the implementation of honest, fair, responsible and wise attitudes Keywords: Leadership Attitude, OSIS, Management, Self-esteem.
