Trafoindo Production System (TPS) merupakan aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mengelola karyawan dan memantau proses kegiatan produksi di PT. Trafoindo Prima Perkasa, yang dimana fokus utamanya adalah Work Order Management, Main Hour Monitoring, pembuatan QR Code, laporan Accounting, dan Andon System. Permasalahan dari aplikasi Trafoindo Production System (TPS) versi lama adalah karena fiturnya yang masih terpisah menjadi beberapa aplikasi, User Interface dan User Experience yang cukup rumit untuk digunakan, dan tidak kompatibel dengan sistem operasi Windows yang lebih baru seperti Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, dan Windows 11. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan pengembangan UI/UX dan front-end pada aplikasi Trafoindo Production System (TPS) yang diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan- permasalahan pada aplikasi Trafoindo Production System (TPS) versi lama. Kegiatan pengembangan UI/UX dan front-end pada aplikasi Trafoindo Production System (TPS) ini menerapkan metode Lean UX. Metode ini memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu Think, Make, dan Check. Pengembangan berfokus pada beberapa fitur yaitu dashboard, manage employee, manage work order, manage user, manage andon, report, work, dan employee detail activity. Dari pengembangan yang telah dilakukan kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan metode Beta Testing yang menghasilkan nilai akhir sebesar 87.78% dari 20 responden yang terlibat dalam penggunaan aplikasi Trafoindo Production System (TPS) seperti Admin, Employee, Andon Guard, dan Accounting. Hal ini menandakan bahwa aplikasi yang telah dikembangkan sudah diterima dengan baik bagi pengguna. Kata kunci: TPS, Trafoindo Production System, Lean UX, UI/UX. Trafoindo Production System (TPS) is an application used to manage employees and monitor the process of production activities at PT Trafoindo Prima Perkasa. Which as the main focus is Work Order Management, Main Hour Monitoring, QR Code generation, Accounting reports, and Andon System. The problem of the old version of the Trafoindo Production System (TPS) application is that its features are still separated into several applications, the User Interface and User Experience are quite complicated to use, and are not compatible with newer Windows operating systems such as Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Windows 11. Based on these problems, the development of UI/UX and front-end for the Trafoindo Production System (TPS) application is expected to overcome the problems in the old version of the Trafoindo Production System (TPS) application. UI/UX and front-end development activities on the Trafoindo Production System (TPS) application apply the Lean UX method. This method has several stages, namely Think, Make, and Check. The development focuses on several features such as dashboard, manage employee, manage work order, manage user, manage andon, report, work, and employee detail activity From the development that has been carried out, it is then evaluated using the Beta Testing method which results in a final score of 87.78% out of 20. respondents involved in using the Trafoindo Production System (TPS) application such as Admin, Employee, Andon Guard, and Accounting.
