Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kota Serang sebagai lembaga pelayanan kesehatan yang vital di Kota Serang telah mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pelayanan. Namun, penerapan SIMRS belum merata di seluruh unit pelayanan, terutama pada Instalasi Kedokteran Forensik dan Medikolegal. Hal ini mengakibatkan kendala dalam proses pelayanan, administrasi, dan keselamatan pasien. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan dan memfasilitasi manajemen administrasi, pelaporan, serta keselamatan pasien di Instalasi Kedokteran Forensik dan Medikolegal RSUD Kota Serang. Dalam pengembangannya, metode yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall dan diuji dengan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing dan User Acceptance Test (UAT). Hasilnya fitur-fitur yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada dapat berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. ABSTRACT WEB-BASED INFORMATION SYSTEM FORENSIC MEDICINE AND MEDICOLEGAL INSTALLATION LOCAL PUBLIC HOSPITAL SERANG USING FRAMEWORK LARAVEL By Ilham Maulidan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kota Serang, as a vital healthcare institution in Serang City, has implemented the Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) to enhance service efficiency. However, the implementation of SIMRS is not uniform across all service units, particularly in the Forensic Medicine and Medicolegal Installation. This disparity has resulted in challenges in service delivery, administration, and patient safety. To address these issues, a web-based information system using the Laravel framework was developed with the aim of improving service efficiency and facilitating the management of administration, reporting, and patient safety in the Forensic Medicine and Medicolegal Installation of RSUD Kota Serang. The development utilized the Waterfall methodology and was tested using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT). The results showed that the required features to address the existing issues function as intended.
