Personeel Fabriek Bond merupakan serikat buruh di Hindia Belanda yang di dirikan oleh Suryopranoto pada tahun 1918 di Yogyakarta. Tujuan di dirikannya Personeel Fabriek Bond (PFB) adalah untuk memperjuangkan hak-hak buruh pabrik gula khususnya yang berada di wilayah Yogyakarta. Keanggotaan PFB terdiri dari buruh pabrik gula dengan jumlah awal hanya ratusan orang, namun seiring berjalannya waktu jumlah anggotanya bertambah menjadi puluhan ribu buruh yang tersebar di beberapa wilayah Pulau Jawa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Usaha Suryopranoto Dalam Memperjuangkan Hak Buruh di Yogyakarta Melalui Personeel Fabriek Bond (PFB) Tahun 1918-1920. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian historis yakni terdiri dari heuristik yaitu pengumpulan sumber berupa buku-buku, jurnal sejarah, surat kabar dan sumber-sumber lainnya yang didapatkan dari Perpustakaan Nasional dan relevan dengan topik penelitian. Kedua kritik sumber, data-data yang telah di dapatkan kemudian dilakukan kritik sumber untuk menentukan otentisitas dan kredibilitas dari bahan-bahan sumber tersebut. Ketiga interpretasi yang dimaksudkan agar mendapatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan yang lebih jelas dari penelitian yang di ambil. Keempat historiografi, merupakan tahapan terakhir dari metode penelitian historis yaitu melakukan penulisan dari seluruh hasil penelitianatau penemuan berupa suatu penelitian yang utuh. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik studi pustaka dan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Usaha Suryopranoto dalam memperjuangkan hak buruh di Yogyakarta melalui Personeel Fabriek Bond (PFB) tahun 1918-1920 terdiri dari dua, pertama yaitu menggerakkan kekuatan buruh melalui PFB dan kedua yaitu melakukan aksi pemogokan di beberapa pabrik gula yang ada di Yogyakarta. Dari beberapa usaha yang dilakukan oleh Suryopranoto dan buruh dapat dikatakan berhasil yaitu pihak pabrik memenuhi tuntutan-tuntutan berupa kenaikan upah. Personeel Fabriek Bond was a labor union in the Dutch East Indies which was founded by Suryopranoto in 1918 in Yogyakarta. The aim of establishing the Personnel Factory Bond (PFB) is to fight for the rights of sugar factory workers, especially those in the Yogyakarta area. PFB membership consisted of sugar factory workers with an initial number of only hundreds of people, but over time the number of members increased to tens of thousands of workers spread across several areas of Java. This research aims to determine Suryopranoto's efforts to fight for workers' rights in Yogyakarta through personnel fabrication bonds (PFB) in 1918-1920. The research method used in this research is the historical research method, which consists of first, heuristics, namely collecting sources in the form of books, historical journals, newspapers and other sources obtained from the National Library and relevant to the research topic. Second, source criticism, the data that has been obtained is then subjected to source criticism to determine the authenticity and credibility of the source materials. The three interpretations are intended to obtain a clearer understanding and knowledge of the research taken. Fourth, historiography is the final stage of the historical research method, namely writing down all research results or discoveries in the form of a complete research. Data collection techniques in this research used library study techniques and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques in this research consist of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Suryopranoto's efforts in fighting for workers' rights in Yogyakarta through the Personnel Fabrication Bond (PFB) in 1918-1920 consisted of two, first, namely mobilizing workers' power through PFB and second namely carrying out strikes at several sugar factories in Yogyakarta. From several efforts made by Suryopranoto and the workers, it can be said to be successful, namely that the factory met demands in the form of wage increases.
