Pariwisata adalah kegiatan manusia yang melakukan perjalanan dan tinggal se- mentara waktu di daerah tujuan di luar lingkungan kesehariannya, melakukan ke- giatan wisata dan didukung oleh berbagai fasilitas pelayanan yang disediakan oleh masyarakat, pemerintah, dan pengusaha. Pembangunan pariwisata berkelanjutan pembangunan yang dapat didukung secara ekologis, layak secara ekonomi, juga adil secara etika dan sosial terhadap masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis status keberlanjutan dari lima dimensi keberlanjutan (ekologi, eko- nomi, teknologi dan infrastruktur, serta hukum dan kelembagaan) pengelolaan wi- sata Pantai Kedu Warna dan mengidentifikasi faktor yang dapat memengaruhi in- deks keberlanjutan wisata Pantai Kedu Warna. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2023, bertempat di Pantai Kedu Warna, Kalianda, Lampung Selatan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis multi dimensional sca- lling (MDS) dengan pendekatan Rapfish dan analisis leverage. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wisata Pantai Kedu Warna memiliki nilai indeks keberlan- jutan sebesar 53,63 pada skala keberlanjutan 0 – 100, hal tersebut berarti bahwa Pan-tai Kedu Warna termasuk ke dalam kategori cukup berkelanjutan. Atribut yang memengaruhi indeks keberlanjutan dimensi ekologi yaitu kecepatan arus, dimensi ekonomi yaitu potensi pasar wisata, dimensi sosial yaitu peran pemerin- tah daerah dan tingkat pendidikan formal, dimensi teknologi dan infrastruktur yaitu dukungan sarana dan prasarana jalan, dimensi hukum dan kelembagaan yaitu ketersediaan peraturan pengelolaan. Kata kunci: Rapfish, wisata pantai, keberlanjutan. Tourism is the activity of humans traveling and staying in destination outside their daily environment. Tourist activities are supported by various facilities and servic- es provided by the community, government, and entrepreneurs. One of the government’s roles in tourism is to regulate the allocation of funds according to the needs of each tourist attraction. The sustainable tourism development is a development that could be as ecologically, supported economically, ethically and socialy fair to the society. The purpose of of this study was to analyze the sustain- ability status of Kedu Warna Beach tourism from five sustainable dimensions (ecology, economy, technology infrastructure, also law and institutional); and identify factors that influence the sustainability index of Kedu Warna Beach tou- rism. The research was conducted in September 2023, at Kedu Warna Beach, Kalianda, South Lampung. The method used in this research was qualitative des- criptive method. The data analysis used was multi deminsional scalling (MDS) analysis with a Rapfish approach and leverage analysis. The result showed that Kedu Warna Beach tourism had a sustainability index value of 53,56 on a conti- nuous scale of 0 – 100, this means that Kedu Warna Beach was included in the ca- tegory of fairly sustainable. This analysis of Monte Carlo showed that the index score of tourism Kedu Warna Beach sustainability were different with the Rapfish analysis, the difference obtained only for 0.01. The result was stable also the mis- take in the input could not be avoided. The attributes that influenced the sustaina- bility index of the ecological dimension was flow speed, of the economic dimen- sion was tourism market potential, of the social dimension was the role of local government and level of formal education, of the technology and infrastructure dimension was support for road facilities and infrastructure, the legal and institu- tional dimension was the availability of management regulations.
