ABSTRAK Electronic Kinerja (e-Kinerja) yang merupakan salah satu realisasi e- government yang dipergunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan kesejahteraan pegawai baik yang bekerja dengan pemerintahan maupun yang tidak hal ini telah terumus pada Surat Edaran Nomor 11 Tahun 2023. Penerapan e-Kinerja di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Lampung tidak semuanya berjalan dengan lancar dan maksimal, masih terdapat beberapa masalah ataupun kendala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Penerapan Aplikasi E-Kinerja Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Lampung serta mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat atas penerapannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi dikaji dengan teori indikator kinerja Robbins (2016) yaitu kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, efektivitas dan kemandirian. Pelaksanaan e-Kinerja telah berhasil meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih produktif dan aktif di lingkungan Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Lampung. Namun masih terdapat kendala seperti kurangnya pemahaman pegawai mengenai alur kerja digital dan keterbatasan akses aplikasi e-Kinerja. Dari hasil penelitian ini, peneliti merekomendasikan saran untuk Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Lampung agar memberikan sosialisasi dan edukasi secara intensif kepada seluruh pegawainya serta melakukan perluasan serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang dapat diakses menggunakan smartphone. ABSTRACT Electronic Performance (e-Performance) which is one of the realizations of e- government used to improve employee performance and employee welfare, both those working with the government and those who do not, this has been formulated in Circular Letter Number 11 of 2023. The implementation of e- Performance at the Lampung Provincial Regional Revenue Agency has not all run smoothly and optimally, there are still several problems or obstacles. This study aims to analyze the Implementation of the E-Performance Application in Improving the Performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Lampung Provincial Regional Revenue Agency and describe the inhibiting factors for its implementation. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, and observations reviewed with Robbins' (2016) performance indicator theory, namely quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness and independence. The implementation of e-Performance has succeeded in improving more productive and active performance in the Lampung Provincial Regional Revenue Agency. However, there are still obstacles such as lack of employee understanding of digital workflows and limited access to e-Performance applications. From the results of this study, the researcher recommends suggestions for the Lampung Provincial Regional Revenue Agency to provide intensive socialization and education to all its employees and to expand and utilize information technology that can be accessed using smartphones.
