Abstract
Penelitian eksperimen semu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe numbered heads together ditinjau dari pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Desain yang digunakan adalah one shot case study dengan populasinya seluruh siswa kelas VII semester genap SMP Negeri 1 Rumbia Lampung Tengah tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 dan sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII.8 yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe numbered heads together efektif jika ditinjau dari pemahaman konsep siswa. Kata kunci: efektivitas, numbered heads together, pemahaman konsep, pembelajaran kooperatif.
