Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Metil isobutyl keton (MIBK) merupakan zat kimia turunan keton yang biasa digunakan sebagai pelarut vinil, epoksi dan resin akrillat. MIBK dapat dibuat dengan menggunakan Aseton dan Hidrogen. Penyediaan kebutuhan MIBK dalam negeri masih sepenuhnya diperoleh dari impor, sehingga peluang untuk didirikanya pabrik MIBK memiliki prospek yang bagus. Penyediaan utilitas pabrik berupa sistem pengolahan dan penyediaan air, sistem refrigerasi, serta penyedia udara dan instrumentasi. Kapasitas produksi pabrik MIBK direncanakan sebesar 32.000 ton/tahun dengan 330 hari kerja dalam 1 tahun. Lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di Kawasan Industri Merak, Banten. Tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan sebanyak 134 orang dengan bentuk badan usaha Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan struktur organisasi lini. Dari analisis ekonomi diperoleh: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 558.196.015.687 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 98.505.179.239 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 656.701.194.926 Total Production Cost (TPC) = Rp 1.019.020.691.767 Break Even Point (BEP) = 44,29% Shut Down Point (SDP) = 26,55% Pay Out Time before taxes (POT)b = 2,42 tahun Pay Out Time after taxes (POT)a = 2,85 tahun Return on Investment before taxes (ROI)b = 26.54% Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 21.23% Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 30% Berdasarkan hasil analisis diatas, maka pendirian pabrik Metil Isobutil Keton ini layak untuk dikaji lebih lanjut, karena merupakan pabrik yang menguntungkan dari sisi ekonomi dan mempunyai prospek yang relatif baik. Methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK) is a chemical derivative of ketone which is commonly used as a solvent for vinyl, epoxy and acrylate resins. MIBK can be made using Acetone and Hydrogen. The supply of domestic MIBK needs is still entirely obtained from imports, so the opportunity for establishing an MIBK factory has good prospects. Provision of factory utilities in the form of water processing and supply systems, refrigeration systems, as well as air and instrumentation supplies. The production capacity of the MIBK factory is planned at 32,000 tons/year with 330 working days in 1 year. The factory location is planned to be established in the Merak Industrial Area, Banten. The workforce required is 134 people in the form of a Limited Liability Company (PT) with a line organizational structure.
