Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kesiapsiagaan masyarakat menghadapi bencana banjir di Desa Suak Kecamatan Sidomulyo Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota dari 7 kelompok masyarakat yang berjumlah 488 jiwa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportional Random Sampling, dengan jumlah 82 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian, 1) tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat menghadapi bencana banjir di Desa Suak termasuk kategori tinggi; 2) tingkat kebijakan dan panduan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat menghadapi bencana banjir di Desa Suak tergolong sedang; 3) tingkat Rencana untuk merespon keadaan darurat masyarakat di Desa Suak tergolong sedang; tingkat Sistem peringatan bencana masyarakat menghadapi bencana banjir di Desa Suak tergolong rendah; 4) tingkat mobilitas sumber daya masyarakat menghadapi bencana banjir di Desa Suak tergolong sedang; 6) tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat menghadapi bencana banjir di Desa Suak Kecamatan Sidomulyo Kabupaten Lampung Selatan tergolong cukup siap hingga siap. Kata kunci: Kesiapsiagaan, Masyarakat, Bencana, Banjir This research aims to examine community preparedness for flood disasters in Suak Village, Sidomulyo District, South Lampung Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were members of 7 community groups totaling 488 people. Sampling used the Proportional Random Sampling technique, with a total of 82 samples. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive. Based on the research results, 1) the level of knowledge and attitudes of the community facing flood disasters in Suak Village is in the high category; 2) the level of community preparedness policies and guidelines for facing flood disasters in Suak Village is classified as moderate; 3) the level of plans to respond to community emergencies in Suak Village is classified as moderate; the level of the community's disaster warning system facing flood disasters in Suak Village is relatively low; 4) the level of mobility of community resources facing flood disasters in Suak Village is classified as moderate; 6) the level of community preparedness to face flood disasters in Suak Village, Sidomulyo District, South Lampung Regency is classified as quite ready to ready.
