Abstract
The research aims to identify the potential types of industry and the viability of establishing a red palm oil mayonnasie industry in the Province of Lampung. The assesment condires, the type of industry and the business viability analysis reviewed based on the financial aspects. The research methods used a literature review, observation, survey, and interviews with experts related to the establishment of the mayonnasie industry. Data for determining the type of industry were analyzed using the exponential method. The results of the study indicate that the red palm oil mayonnasie industry potential to be developed in the several areas with MPE values 6109, 6515, and 6704. The financial analysis confirm that the plan to build a red palm oil mayonnasie industry in Lampung Province is feasible to develop with the Net Present Value (NPV) investment feasibility criteria value being a positive number of Rp. 2.359.076.162 the Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) reached 48%, Net Benefit-To-Cost Ratio (Net B/C) was 6.67 and Payback Period (PP) was 2,69 years. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis industri yang potensial dan kelayakan pendirian industri mayonnasie minyak sawit merah di Provinsi Lampung, dilihat dari jenis industri dan analisis kelayakan usaha yang ditinjau dari aspek finansial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka, observasi, survei, dan juga wawancara dengan para pakar yang berkaitan untuk pendirian industri mayonnasie. Data penentuan jenis industri dianalisis dengan metode eksponensial. Hasil penelitian menujukkan industri mayonnasie minyak sawit merah potensial dikembangkan di daerah Lampung Selatan, Lampung Timur, dan Bandar Lampung. Nilai MPE untuk Lampung Selatan yaitu 6,109, Lampung Timur 6,515, dan Bandar Lampung 6,704. Hasil analisis finansial menunjukkan pendirian industri mayonnasie minyak sawit merah di Provinsi Lampung layak untuk dikembangkan dengan nilai kriteria kelayakan Investasi Net Present Value (NPV) yaitu pada angka positif sebesar Rp. 2.359.076.162 Internal Rate of Return (IRR) mencapai 48%, Net Benefit-to-Cost Ratio (Net B/C) sebesar 6,67 dan Payback Period (PP) adalah 2,69 tahun.
