Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh examplary leadership, keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, dan kinerja guru terhadap peningkatan akreditasi sekolah di MTs Se-Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis ex post facto, dengan mengambil sampel 232 guru MTs Se-Kota Bandar Lampung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner dan total responden yang di dapat yaitu sebanyak 160 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara langsung examplary leadership, keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, dan kinerja guru berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan akreditasi sekolah. Kata kunci: examplary leadership, keterampilan manejrial kepala sekolah, kinerja guru, dan akreditasi sekolah. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of examplary leadership, principal managerial skills, and teacher performance on improving School accreditation in MTs throughout Bandar Lampung City. This study uses a quantitative approach with an ex post facto type, by taking a sample of 232 MTs teachers throughout Bandar Lampung City. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and the total respondents obtained were 160 respondents. The results of the study showed that directly examplary leadership, principal managerial skills, and teacher performance had a positive effect on improving school accreditation.
