Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh corporate governance terhadap profitabilitas dengan corporate social responsibility sebagai variabel moderasi. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan Industri Kimia, Farmasi, dan Obat Tradisional yang telah terdaftar di BEI secara berturut-turut selama periode 2018-2023. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yaitu data berasal dari laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan. Metode purposive sampling yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini memperoleh 8 sampel perusahaan dengan 48 titik observasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan Eviews 13, 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial corporate governance yang terdiridari komisaris independen dan komite audit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapprofitabilitas perusahaan Industri Kimia, Farmasi, dan Obat Tradisional yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2023. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel CSR dapat memoderasi pengaruh komisaris independen terhadap profitabilitas. Namun hasil lain terdapat pada CSR memperlemah pengaruh komite audit terhadap profitabilitas di Perusahaan Industri Kimia, Farmasi, dan Obat Tradisional yang telahterdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun2018-2023 This study aims to examine the effect of corporate governance on profitability with corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable. In this study, the population used is the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Traditional Medicine Industry companies that have been listed on the IDX consecutively during the period 2018-2023. The type of data used is secondary data, namely data from annual reports and company sustainability reports. The purposive sampling method used in this study obtained 8 company samples with 48 observation points. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with Eviews 13, 2024. The results of the study show that partially corporate governance consisting of independent commissioners and audit committees has a positive and significant effect on the profitability of Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Traditional Medicine Industry companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2023. The results of this study also show that the CSR variable can moderate the influence of independent commissioners on profitability. However, other results are found in CSR weakening the influence of the audit committee on profitability in Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Traditional Medicine Industry Companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2023.
