Penilaian kinerja Perhutanan Sosial skema Hutan Kemasyarakatan dalam aspek sosial, ekologi, ekonomi dan kelembagaan penting dilakukan untuk tercapainya sistem pengelolaan hutan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja perhutanan sosial skema Hutan Kemasyarakatan dalam aspek sosial, ekologi, ekonomi dan kelembagaan Hutan Kemasyarakatan di Desa Girimulyo, Kecamatan Marga Sekampung, Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam kepada informan kunci yang ditentukan secara Purpossive sampling menggunakan pendekatan teori Rapid Land Tenure Assessment dan Stakeholders mapping. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif kualititatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja Perhutanan Sosial skema Hutan Kemasyarakatan berdasarkan peran kepentingan dan pengaruh pada aspek sosial tergolong tinggi yang dilakukan oleh aktor kunci Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai Way Seputih Way Sekampung (BPDAS WASESA dan Gabungan Kelompok Tani Hutan Agromulyo Lestari (Gapoktanhut AML), aspek ekologi tergolong tinggi dengan aktor kunci BPDAS WASESA dan Gapoktanhut AML, aspek ekonomi tergolong tinggi dengan aktor kunci Koperasi Agromulyo Lestari dan Gapoktanhut AML dan aspek kelembagaan tergolong tinggi dengan aktor kunci Gapoktanhut AML dan Koperasi Agromulyo Lestari. Kinerja stakeholder pada aspek sosial, ekonomi, ekologi dan kelembagaan dapat mendukung keberlanjutan Hutan Kemasyarakatan di Desa Girimulyo yang ditandai dengan tingkat kinerja berdasarkan peran, kepentingan dan pengaruh stakeholder kunci antara lain : Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai Way Seputih Way Sekampung, Gapoktanhut Agromulyo Lestari dan Koperasi Agromulyo Lestari termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Perhutanan Sosial, Kinerja HKm, Analisis Stakeholders, Register 38 Gunung Balak, Desa Girimulyo Assessment of the performance of Social Forestry in the Community Forestry scheme in social, ecological, economic and institutional aspects is important to achieve a sustainable forest management system. This study aims to analyze the performance of social forestry in the Community Forestry scheme in social, ecological, economic and institutional aspects of Community Forestry in Girimulyo Village. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with key informants determined by purposive sampling using the Rapid Land Tenure Assessment and Stakeholders mapping theoretical approaches. The collected data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of the study show that the performance of Social Forestry in the Community Forestry scheme in the social aspect is classified as high, carried out by the key actors of the Way Seputih Way Sekampung Watershed Management Center and Forest Farmer Group Agromulyo Lestari, the ecological aspect is classified as high with the key actors of the Way Seputih Way Sekampung Watershed Management Center and Forest Farmer Group Agromulyo Lestari, the economic aspect is classified as high with the key actors of the Agromulyo Lestari Cooperative and Forest Farmer Group Agromulyo Lestari and the institutional aspect is classified as high with the key actors of Forest Farmer Group Agromulyo Lestari and Koperasi Agromulyo Lestari. The performance of stakeholders in the social, economic, ecological and institutional aspects can support the sustainability of Community Forestry in Girimulyo Village indicated by the level of performance of the role, interests and influence of key stakeholders including of the : Way Seputih Way Sekampung Watershed Management Center, Forest Farmer Group Agromulyo Lestari and Agromulyo Lestari Cooperative, which are included in the high category.
