Abstract

Karakter gotong royong merupakan salah satu karakter yang penting dimiliki anak dan menjadi salah satu dimensi yang harus dicapai anak dalam Kurikulum pada program Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan upaya penanaman sikap gotong royong pada peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 1 Metro Utara. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. dan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan menggunakan 10 informan meliputi kepala sekolah, enam pendidik dan tiga peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 1 Metro Utara, menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dimensi bergotong royong dalam profil pelajar pancasila sudah diterapkan, peserta didik mampu menyelaraskan tindakan sendiri dengan tindakan orang lain untuk melaksanakan kegiatan untuk mencapai tujuan bersama di lingkungan sekolah serta memberi semangat kepada teman lain untuk bekerja efektif dan mencapai tujuan bersama, tanggap terhadap lingkungan sosial sesuai dengan tuntutan peran sosialnya dan berkontribusi sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah serta mengupayakan hal yang dianggap penting dan berharga kepada temannya di lingkungan sekolah yang membutuhkan bantuan. Peserta didik dapat memahami dan menerapkan profil pelajar pancasila pada dimensi bergotong royong di SD Negeri 1 Metro Utara. Nilai karakter gotong-royong sangat penting dimiliki oleh peserta didik karena peserta didik yang tidak memiliki pengalaman berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan gotong-royong akan berdampak kurang baik terhadap perilaku di lingkungan sosialnya. Kata Kunci: berbagi, karakter gotong royong, kepedulian, kolaborasi, projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. The character of mutual cooperation was one of the essential traits that children needed to possess and was also one of the key dimensions to be achieved in the curriculum through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). This study aimed to describe the efforts that were made to instill the value of cooperation among fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Metro Utara. This research employed a qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Ten informants participated in this study, consisting of the principal, six teachers, and three students. The findings showed that the dimension of mutual cooperation in the Pancasila Student Profile had been implemented. The students were able to align their actions with others to carry out activities and achieve common goals within the school environment. They also encouraged their peers to work effectively, responded sensitively to their social environment in line with their social roles, contributed based on the school’s needs, and showed willingness to help peers in need. The students were able to understand and apply the Pancasila Student Profile, especially in the dimension of mutual cooperation, at SD Negeri 1 Metro Utara.
