Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pengelolaan KIP Kuliah Merdeka di LLDIKTI Wilayah II hingga saat ini masih menggunakan bantuan Google Form pada 166 perguruan tinggi dan diolah secara manual, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti duplikasi data, proses yang lambat, serta tingginya risiko kesalahan input dan validasi. Hal ini berdampak pada keterlambatan penetapan data mahasiswa penerima KIP Kuliah Merdeka dan proses pencairan dana yang tidak optimal. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancanglah aplikasi ”SIM KIP : Digitalisasi Pengelolaan KIP Kuliah Merdeka Berbasis Metode Kanban Dengan Laravel” agar proses menjadi lebih efektif, tepat sasaran, serta meminimalkan potensi duplikasi data. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan metode Kanban menggunakan Kanban Board untuk memetakan dan memantau alur kerja secara visual, sehingga seluruh proses dapat terkontrol dengan baik. Pembangunan sistem menggunakan framework Laravel karena mendukung pengembangan aplikasi yang terstruktur dan aman. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menerapkan dua role pengguna, yaitu LLDIKTI sebagai pihak verifikator dan Perguruan Tinggi (PT) sebagai operator pengusul data mahasiswa. Total terdapat 39 task card yang diselesaikan dalam waktu efektif 1120 jam. Sistem berhasil di-deploy pada layanan cloud hosting IdCloudHost, diuji dengan Blackbox Testing sebanyak 1 kali iterasi dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% dari 102 skenario uji coba, serta User Acceptance Testing (UAT) dengan tingkat penerimaan pengguna sebesar 80% oleh 5 responden dari stakeholder LLDIKTI dan PIC PT. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa proses bisnis aplikasi SIM KIP LLDIKTI Wilayah II berhasil didigitalisasi. Kata kunci: KIP Kuliah Merdeka, Digitalisasi, Kanban, Laravel, Blackbox Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Cloud Hosting The management of the KIP Kuliah Merdeka program at LLDIKTI Region II is still carried out using Google Forms in 166 universities and processed manually, which has the potential to cause various problems, such as data duplication, slow processes, and a high risk of input and validation errors. This condition leads to delays in determining the recipients of the KIP Kuliah Merdeka and suboptimal fund disbursement processes. To address these issues, an application titled "SIM KIP: Digitalization of KIP Kuliah Merdeka Management Based on the Kanban Method Using Laravel" was designed to make the process more effective, well- targeted, and to minimize the potential for data duplication. This system was developed using the Kanban method with a Kanban Board to visually map and monitor workflows, allowing the entire process to be well-controlled. The system development used the Laravel framework due to its support for structured and secure application development. The system was designed with two user roles: LLDIKTI as the verifier and universities (PT) as the operators who propose student data. A total of 39 task cards were completed within an effective development time of 1120 hours. The system was successfully deployed on IdCloudHost cloud hosting service and tested using Blackbox Testing in 1 iteration with a 100% success rate from 102 test scenarios, as well as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with a user acceptance rate of 80% by 5 respondents from LLDIKTI stakeholders and university PICs. These results indicate that the business processes of the SIM KIP application at LLDIKTI Region II have been successfully digitalized.
