Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya keterampilan proses sains peserta didik kelas V SD pada pembelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dalam meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental dalam bentuk non-equivalent control group design. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau total sampling yang termasuk dalam non-probability sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan hasil yang positif sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dari model pembelajaran berbasis masalah terhadap proses sains peserta didik kelas V SD pada pembelajaran tematik muatan IPA di UPT SDN 01 Karang Umpu. Kata kunci: Keterampilan Proses Sains, Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah, Sekolah Dasar. The problem in this research was the low level of science process skills of students in V SD class on IPA learning. The study aimed to analyze the impact of a problem- based learning model on improving primary school science process skills. The method used in this research was quasi-experimental in the form of non- equivalent control group design. Sample determination used a saturated sampling technique or a total of samplings included in a non-probability sample. Data analysis techniques used normality tests and homogenity tests. Data collection techniques used tests, observations, and documentation. Testing of the hypothesis used simple linear regression showed a positive result so that it could be concluded that there was a positive influence of the problem-based learning model on the scientific process of students of grade V SD on learning the thematic load of IPA in UPT SDN 01 Karang Umpu.
