Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi yang tepat dalam pembangunan daerah tertinggal di wilayah pesisir Kecamatan Punduh Pidada. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah matriks IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) dan matriks EFE (External Factor Evaluation), matriks Strenght- Weakness- Opportunity- Threats (SWOT), dan QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh lima prioritas strategi tertinggi atau strategi utama pembangunan daerah tertinggal di wilayah pesisir Kecamatan Punduh Pidada yakni : 1) mengembangkan forum komunikasi dan koordinasi antar instansi terkait dalam pengelolaan wilayah pesisir; 2) mengembangkan program penyuluhan dan pelatihan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sumber daya alam wilayah pesisir; 3) meningkatkan peran pemangku kepentingan dalam pembangunan sarana dan prasarana dasar wilayah pesisir; 4) meningkatkan akses masyarakat terhadap informasi, modal, pemasaran dan teknologi; 5) mengembangkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan wilayah pesisir. Kata Kunci : daerah tertinggal, strategi, wilayah pesisir ABSTRACT This study aims to to determine the strategy of outlying district development in coastal area punduh pidada subdistrict. The analytical tool used in this study is IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) Matrix and EFE (External Factor Evaluation) Matrix, Strenght- Weakness- Opportunity- Threats (SWOT) Matrix, and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The result of this research was gained five priorities the highest strategy: 1) to develop communication and coordination between the agencies involved in the coastal area; 2) to develop a public information and technical skill in the management of resources in the coastal area; 3) enhancing the role of stakeholders in the development of facilities and basic infrastructures in the coastal areas; 4) to improve public access to information capital marketing and technology; 5) develop public participation in the management of coastal areas.
