Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) merupakan perangkat lunak perekaman dan produksi musik berbasis komputer yang banyak digunakan oleh musisi, seniman, dan pelajar untuk menuangkan ide kreatif dalam aransemen dan produksi musik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses kerja dan kreativitas seorang produser di Elite Music Production (EMP) dalam menggunakan DAW FL Studio, mulai dari tahapan pra-produksi, produksi, hingga pasca-produksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teori dari Burgess yang membagi proses produksi musik menjadi tiga fase utama dan teori dari Dweck untuk melihat sisi kreatif individu seorang produser serta faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam proses kreatif bermusik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas produser EMP didukung oleh pengalaman mengoperasikan DAW FL Studio serta referensi dari sumber daring seperti Alex Moukala dan Hans Zimmer. Latar belakang pendidikan musik juga menjadi faktor penting dalam menghasilkan karya musik digital yang berkualitas di EMP. Kata Kunci : DAW, Kreativitas, FL Studio, Pendidikan Musik CREATIVITY IN MUSIC CREATION: THE USE OF DIGITAL AUDIO WORKSTATION APPLICATIONS AT ELITE MUSIC PRODUCTION STUDIO, BANDAR LAMPUNG By: ACHMAD FADILLAH A Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) is a computer-based recording and music production software widely used by musicians, artists, and students to express their creative ideas in music arrangement and production. This study aims to explore the workflow and creativity of a producer at Elite Music Production (EMP) in using the DAW FL Studio, covering the stages of pre-production, production, and post- production. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, using Burges' theory, which divides the music production process into three main phases, and Dweck's theory to examine the individual creativity of a producer as well as the factors that influence the creative process in music-making. The results show that the creativity of EMP’s producer is supported by experience in operating FL Studio and references from online sources such as Alex Moukala and Hans Zimmer. A background in music education is also an important factor in producing high-quality digital music at EMP. Keywords: DAW, Creativity, FL Studio, Music Education.
