Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan kemahasiswaan terhadap participatory skill mahasiswa PPKn Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa PPKn Universitas Lampung angkatan 2023. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 73 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan teknik random sampling sebagai teknik pokok dan teknik penunjang wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian, ditemukan adanya pengaruh antara kegiatan kemahasiswaan (variabel X) terhadap participatory skill (variabel Y) dengan hasil presentase 46.3% dan 53.7% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variabel yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini penting untuk mengidentifikasi dampak dari kegiatan kemahasiswaan terutama indikator identifikasi pekerjaan, penetapan wewenang dan tanggung jawab dan kerja sama antaranggota. Melalui kegiatan kemahasiswaan, mahasiswa dapat belajar mengenai nilai-nilai kebersamaan, manajemen waktu, kepemimpinan, berani mengambil keputusan dan menjunjung tinggi nilai demokrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kegiatan kemahasiswaan terhadap participatory skill mahasiswa. Keaktifan mahasiswa dalam kegiatan kemahasiswaan ini akan meningkatkan pengalaman participatory skill. Kata Kunci: Kegiatan, Mahasiswa, Organisasi, Participatory, Skill. This study aims to determine the effect of student activities on the participatory skills of Civics students at Lampung University. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The subjects of this research were Civics students at the University of Lampung class of 2023. The sample in this study amounted to 73 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with random sampling technique as the main technique and supporting techniques of interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used a simple linear regression test. The results of the study found that there was an influence between student activities (variable X) on participatory skills (variable Y) with a percentage of 46.3% and the remaining 53.7% was influenced by other factors outside the variables not discussed in this study. This research is important to identify the impact of student activities, especially indicators of job identification, assignment of authority and responsibility and cooperation between members. Through student activities, students can learn about the values of togetherness, time management, leadership, dare to make decisions and uphold democratic values. The results showed that there was a significant influence between student activities on students' participatory skills. The activeness of students in student activities will increase the experience of participatory skills. Keywords: Activities, Students, Organizations, Participatory, Skill.
